The installer, Cody, was a real professional when he installed my new garage door opener, springs and header bearings. He explained exactly what he was doing and approx. how long it would take. After the installation was complete, he took his time to run through the new equipment and even showed me how to get the Genie App. so as to control my door from my phone. Getting a discount on all parts for being a Vet was an added bonus. Can't thank you guys enough.

The repairman (Arnold Simpson) was very knowledgeable, courteous, speedy, and professional. He answered all of our questions and gave us a few tips about caring for our garage door that we hadn't really thought much about. His service was not only proficient but enlightening as well. I will use Precision again, when needed, for any future work that may need to be done, due to this representatives positive company image! Thank you for doing such a great job!

Precision installed a hurricane rated garage door. We were generally pleased with the company and the product. However, there were two installation issues. The bottom wall brackets supporting the tracks were mounted in the wrong location. More importantly, the tech neglected to check the auto-reversing safety features. These items led to the failure of the city inspection. Precision returned and corrected the problems and a second inspection passed.

I am a 30+yrs homeowner and had the unfortunate experience of my garage door spring breaking. I called Precision, as a previous customer, and spoke to Courtney who scheduled a same day service. My repair technician, Baylor B., was very professional and proficient. The repair was completed within 2hrs of the assessment and agreeing to a quoted cost which, to our satisfaction, fit our budget and was offered at a competitor’s price quote.

We had a very positive experience with Bob from Precision Overhead Door. He was most pleasant and did good work. He explained the problem, gave is an estimate and helped us make a decision to fix the problem. We have used Precision in the past and will use your services in the future. The work was done on time and your technician even took the time to explain what we can do to maintain our equipment. We will recommend your company to neighbors and friends.

Excellent and fast service. Garage door system broke on a Saturday and I called Precision who had previously done work at our home. Within 2 hours of my call Matt and Alfredo were at my door. They determined the problem and defined the fix and costs. About an hour later it was repaired and working well. Both service men were courteous, and professional. We are very pleased with the service experience.

When I bought this home there was a sticker on the garage door for your company. Being new to Florida, I just called your company. My son-in-law said that a spring had broken and I could see loose wires hanging down on the sides of the door. Your technician, Luke, called to let me know when he would arrive and he was right on time. He was friendly and polite. He explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. He explained the charges and offered a senior discount. He worked professionally and quickly. He cleaned up my garage when he was finished which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door to anyone who needs work done on their garage doors. You're a great company and you have exceptional employees. Thank you!

The tech (Arnold) arrived promptly. He explained what we needed, and (equally important) what needed to be done now, and what could be done later (to allow us time to gather funds for the major repair). Friendly, knowledgable--a great experience.

Precision came out the same day I called. They post pictures of their repairmen for your safety. The person they sent arrived on time with a call ahead. Unfortunately I was not in a position to install a new system at this time. However he provided me a temporary fix enabling me to buy some time before I had to replace everything. I was very pleased with their service

Precision Garage Door always exceeds expectations when they come to check my garage door. The representative today was Michael Freeman as, is always, extremely knowledgable, professional and extremely courteous. ( even in the extreme heat warning given today) The representative has always given the best and most cost effective price on any repair that maybe needed. Response time when calling for any maintenance or repair is always quick. I will not use another company for my garage door needs.

Mike was great. We just bought the house and needed to have some old door strips replaced . He got us in good shape. No light coming in from under and around the doors. Gives us peace of mind. I called earlier and Mike showed up in 4 hours. Great service. Great guy. Great company. Never needed a garage door company in the past so we started at the top. Thanks. Much appreciated. Jack Hurley
