Yesterday, my garage door springs broke and my garage door would no longer open. I called and an appointment was offered that worked with my schedule. Chris showed up on time, was personable and professional, and installed new springs in under an hour. I've hired Precision before and am happy I hired them again. Thank you!

I don't question the quality of work or the service provided by Precision. In fact, I have used the company in the past. I DO have an issue with the "bait and switch" advertising on your website, promoting the $899 special. The garage door pictured in the ad clearly shows a door with windows (Sunray), right next to the $899 price. As I suspected, this is NOT the door that's available for $899 and in fact, the door in the picture is actually double the price ($1800). Very misleading and a classic marketing sham. We haven't made a decision on a door purchase yet but this episode just leaves me with a bad feeling.

I received a call from Carlos, one of the supervisors in the Clearwater office. He made me feel like a truly valued customer and as a result, we hired Precision to install our new garage door. We are completely satisfied! The installation team was on time and did a wonderful job, including cleaning up. I highly recommend Precision Door Company. They really care about the customer.

Wolf was very nice and overly efficient! He only had to put A wheel back in its track, but went above and beyond. He made sure everything was tight and functioning properly, as well as lubed all the moving parts. 5 stars for employee Wolf as well as Precision for prompt same day service!

The spring broke on my garage door. Precision has replaced it a little over three years ago with a 7 year guarantee. Your repair man, Chris, came on time and upon seeing that I had the guarantee replaced the spring at no cost to me and adjusted the door. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the work done.

My garage door spring broke about 7:00 PM on New Years Day. After making an online appointment I decided to call, as well. Got an appointment for the morning of the next day! The tech, Noah called about 20 minutes before arriving at 8:00 AM. He explained exactly what was needed and what my options were. No hard sell - just the facts. I selected what I wanted and he went to work. Very professional, knowledgeable, and capable. The job was done in well under two hours and the door works better than ever. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.
