This started as a call to the company requesting information regarding the installation of the rubber foot on my garage door. The person with whom I spoke advised me that there was a $49.95 charge for the service call unless work was performed, and that the foot ran from ~$8.00 - $11.00, installed. There was NO discussion of ANY other charges. When the installer arrived, he advised me that the correct part was on the truck and the cost would be around $115.00, that stated $115.00, exactly. When I started to break down the cost, he informed me that the cost included 1) a trip charge and 2) a fuel surcharge. I immediately told hm that these charges had NEVER been mentioned before and that I would NOT have the work done and that, furthermore, I would not pay the $49.95, because the additional charges had NEVER been disclosed. To his credit, the technician called the office ON HIS OWN and presented a resolution that was more than acceptable. The issue here is the clear and complete communication of ALL charges at the initial contact and NOT surprising people on site.

I called Precision Overhead Doors on Oct. 4th. The technician Charles Sherword arrived the next day as per their appointment, Charles inspected the doors and noted the rollers were in poor condition which was the cause of the noise and slow operation. Charles gave me the cost to replace the existing rollers with new nylon rollers. After one hour the door was complete and operating like new. Charles was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door,

Having trouble with the present door opener for 20' door that had to be built out, called you for the job but was not something your company did. Unfortunately the gentleman that did do the job was just okay as later we started discovering. Travis from your company, as usual, looked all the work over because when he arrived everything was working again. But underneath there was alot not right,. just awaiting to stop again. He worked long and hard to fix and replace all that was wrong and get us both safe and secure knowing the door would open and close. Thank you for a great job.

The hurricane took out the motor on our garage door. I was able to schedule a repair in just 2 days. The technician, Chris was on time, professional, and had a great personality. He explained the issue and provided several alternatives to replace the motor. He came the next day with the new equipment, and the job was completed in an amazingly short time. He explained all the features and when he left I felt like he was a friend.

My Technician, Isak, was great. He was prompt, reviewed how my door was currently operating, told me what it needed and provided me an estimate and, upon my approval, proceeded to replace the rollers and do maintenance on my door. He also left me some spray lubricant and showed me where to apply it in the future to help keep my door running smooth. I will use Precision Overhead Garage Door company again, should I need future service.

I have used Precision Overhead Garage Door several times in the past. The technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. My recent service call was 9-30-2022 after Hurricane IAN came thru Tampa Bay area. I had lost power and had to open the garage door manually which caused my door come off the track. Precision scheduled the service call for the following Monday. The tech was on time and had the issue resolved in less than 1 hour. He also informed me that the garage door opener is about at end of it's life. I would recommend Precision for any problems with your garage door.
