I had a frayed cable, and one spring didn't look too healthy, and I called Precision last week and the young lady arranged a time for a technician to come to my place yesterday (Monday) to check out what needs to be done. Travis Sanferraro was the Technician that showed up. Travis was very knowledgeable in his experience and took care of replacing two springs and two cables and was very good in checking out the operation of the door closing and opening and made a small adjustment and the door operated like brand new. Travis had a nice personality and we got along just fine. This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Company, and I certainly will call them again.

Cody did an excellent job. He provided the correct information for me to make a decision as to the repairs. I understood my options and I am confident I made the right decision. The final $$ was more than I originally planned but my garage door should give me many years of service. I replaced the bearings, springs and the rollers. The door and hardware were at 17 years of life.

Just purchased home, during inspection the inspector suggested replacing rubber at bottom of door because worn and missing in parts. Precision sticker was on door, so called to set up service. Young man named Cody came to service the door. He did a great job, was very informative and helpful.

I can highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door. I called on a Sat. and their Rep , Arnold Simpson, was here by 12:00.He checked everything out and gave me options to fix the problems, which he showed me so I would understand what was needed. After receiving my estimate, he completed the work to my great satisfaction in about 1 hour. Arnold was early, knowledgeable, and very Courteous! Dear Sir; you folks replaced my garage door springs on Friday. The price quoted to me was $612. I am 80 years old and did check prices with any other company. After talking with my neighbor this person told me he had the same thing last week and the charge was $295. After hearing this information I checked with three local companies and they quoted me prices of $295 and $345. I did not check prices since you folks have excellent reputation. How do you justify a $300 price difference. I certainly hope this was an error on the technical's part. please respond as I am very unhappy. Carl T. Mosbarger
