Mike Fanning was prompt, professional, efficient, & courteous. After diagnosing the problem, he presented us with options from which we could chose. Once selected, he quickly replaced our broken garage door opener with a new (and more improved) opener. He replaced the wall mounted control switch, reprogrammed the car opener, & held a short “class” on safety features & how to make it all work. Well done Mike!

I called Precision because we have used them in the past to repair our garage door and was very satisfied with their service. When I called, I wa given an arrival window and our service rep, Jimmy, was well within the allotted time. My wife worked with him. He was very polite and professional; explaining exactly what the problem was and now it would be repaired. He worked extremely hard to complete the project in a timely fashion. After the completion of the project he patiently went over everything he did providing he with a detailed bill, explained the warranty, and told her how to reach him should something go wrong after he left. He event took time to reprogram my wif'e's car so she could open and close the door from inside her car. Jimmy represented your company well and should be commended.

Listening to him describing the problem and watching him perform the work was a rare pleasure. It's very obvious he likes his job and likes the company he works for. Today it's not easy to find a company that will do this quality of work work in your home. From start to finish I was very pleased with this company. After talking to 3 other companies in the local area I didn't feel that I was getting the service or quality of product that I was looking for. I spent just 45 minutes with my sales rep Julie And before she could give me all of my prices I already made a decision on what door I wanted.
