The repairman arrived on time. He was very professional, and new how to diagnose and repair my problem. I was not prepared for the cost,it was expensive. Jimmy did work with me a bit. I in return I got a, new opener, springs,remotes and outdoor entry panel.and I must say the door is smooth and quiet.Like new. Also a 2 year warranty. Happy customer.????

I had called to arrange for an estimate to have a garage door opener install. A technician arrived and provided me with an estimate that had 2 choices with prices. Me then ask me which one would I like to have done. I said I wasn't sure at the moment can you email me the estimate since it was on his iPad. He then attempted to coerce me to have the job done immediately. I told him I was getting estimates and would review them and make my choice. You still tried to talk me into doing it now and then proceeded to say that there would be a $75 charge for the estimate. When I spoke to their office personnel no mention was ever made that there would be a charged to come out to do an estimate. I had two other estimates free of charge and both were substantially cheaper for the same work. The technician then said he had to call his boss and tell him I refuse to pay the $75. He then told me that it would be tacked on if I took the job. He then sent me the email and left. I then looked up their company and noticed that they do have a service fee of $29.99 and a fuel charge of $20 when they come out for a service call if they do no work. That total was $49.95 not $75. I firmly believe that your technician was upset that he went out of his way to do an estimate and wasn't able to do the work so he wasted his time. My understanding that that's part of the job is to give free estimates. All companies do but apparently your company does not. Do not have them come out to do an estimate as they will try to coerce you to have it done right away. Their price was $3,000 and the other two quotes were for under $2,000 for the same work.

We were having issues with our door opening buy it self and or immediately opening as soon as it closed. Very strange. Mike came out exactly when he was scheduled to diagnosed the problem we needed to have the springs changed from cheap ones installed by the builder problem solved in less than 2 hours awesome service

We had previous great quality service when we had a new garage door installed a couple of years ago. Our door opener needed replacing several years later so we called Precision and received exemplary service and install. If you want quality, good service and excellent staff who are confident and just really nice , call Precision.

I called Precision because of family reference and TV commercial about having parts usually available on the repair trucks. Was pleasantly surprised when told there would not be an additional charge for Sunday repair. Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Replacement opener was installed in less than two hours. I am a very satisfied customer.

The reason I chose Precision is because I called the them a while back to replace the big spring and replace rollers with new ones. They did such and good job and was quick, I decided to use them again. The gentleman put a Precision sticker on inside of door and got phone number when door would not close last night! When I call for service today ( Sunday ) I ask operator to make sure service man had a new opener. He replace it and works great. K.Morris

We called about broken springs and possibly a new garage door at 10 am and Joshua was able to come before the scheduled appointment and fixed the springs in a heart beat and we got a great price too. When asking him about the door he said it could last a bit longer, no need to exchange it now. We really appreciate his honesty and for giving us a price that we will have to face and can save up for for now.

Not sure it seems $424 for 30 minutes of work and replacing rollers seems a little pricey, have been using precision for 20+ years on my property and others I maintain.

Upon inspection he pointed out some deficiencies with our 30 year old door and 15 yo opener. We decided to replace everything. It was completely our decision. He didn't pressure us at all.
