I had used Precision before and was thoroughly pleased. It was just common sense to contact them when I needed new door openers. They responded quickly and worked around my schedule. Andy did the work and he is super! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I will recommend Precision to others.

Previously John Pappas serviced the garage door when it would only go down half way. He fixed this probably 1 1/2 yr ago. I saved his card, and he left a spray can to lube the rails periodically. When my door wouldn't budge this morning, I sprayed & sprayed to try & get it to move. It wouldn't! I knew your people would help, so I called for service again.

10 Stars! We had another wonderful experience with Precision Overhead Garage Doors! Our garage door spring broke around dinner time and we called the next morning at 8 when they opened. Both of our cars were STUCK inside our garage. We were thrilled when they arrived at 9:15am that very morning! Keith was incredibly professional, quick, knowledgeable and courteous. We will highly recommend Precision to all of our family and friends!

I chose Precision because of the great recommendations, and am pleasantly surprised. Keith certainly knows what He is doing. He is very friendly, and explained the situation. I will certainly call if I have any more trouble. He put it back on track, and reattached the spring to the door, and it's working perfectly.

Technician was outstanding. He quickly analyzed several problems and gave us multiple options for a fix (what absolutely had to be addressed, what should be addressed but could wait, and what could be done to extend the life of the parts). He worked quickly and was very courteous and respectful.

The only critic I have is for those of us that are protective and serious about being vaccinated, the people we are around, and the situations we put ourselves in...it would be nice if your installers/employees would always make sure they're vigilant about maintaining 6 feet -12 feet of contact from the home owners or best case scenario announce wether they are fully vaccinated.

I am a repeat customer of Precision because of their prompt and courteous service. Their technicians have always been very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Joshua was my technician yesterday and he reinforced my opinion of Precision by his expertise in diagnosing the problem and his thorough and efficient repair. I have recommended Precision to others and will continue to do so. It is comforting to have a company you can depend upon for your garage door opener needs.

Very friendly receptionist took my call this morning, helpful and courteous. I was frustrated with my broken Torsion Spring and she kept me calm. Residential Technician Chris Pinnegar called me a few hours later, 15 minutes out, then showed up on time. Very clean cut and professional. Looked over my situation, explained the process, gave me an estimate and got to work. My particular springs ran about $200 a piece and that included installation. Although I could have ordered online for less, avoiding possible injury and me spending 2+ hours installing and dangerous loaded spring, I am glad I had Precision Garage Door Tech Chris complete the repair. I would highly recommend and I would use them again if the needed. Thank you Chris and thank you PGD.
