Today my garage door was repaired by Jimmy Johnson. Was very polite and professional. Explained the problem with my garage door opener and gave options for repairs. Work was completed quick, very clean and explained how to use new door opener. He went above his duty by bringing my trash can to my garage. He was very kind. Definite 5 stars Will recommend Precision to everyone.

I was very pleased with the service right from the time when I called the Office. The staff was friendly and accommodated my preferred date for service. A call was received in advance as to the name of the Tech that would be handling my service call. Jimmy was very friendly and helpful in giving me the information needed to select the right opener for my garage door. He provided an over view of what was done and how to use the features of the opener. The space was cleaned after he was done with the service. I would definitely recommend Precision. This is a triple A 1 business. I am extremely impressed with the expertise of the technician (Jim A Johnston) who came (on a holiday) to replace my garage door opener. Unfortunately my opener was destroyed by lightning during a terrific thunderstorm. He did an outstanding job and was very professional.
