Keith provided excellent service for my garage door repair! He immediately assessed the problem, performed a thorough inspection, and tested the functioning of all the garage door parts. He discussed his recommendations in a professional and knowledgeable manner, showed me the areas of concern, and presented several options for repair. His repair addressed several areas of my garage door's operation, and the improvement is very noticeable in a smoother and more stable motion. Upon finishing, he also reminded me that Precision is available 24/7 all year long for any possible problems or emergencies that should arise. I would not hesitate to recommend - 5 stars!!

We would highly recommended PRECISION to anyone. Our garage door springs broke on a Monday late afternoon. I said to my husband lets call PRECISION and he said there was another company he wanted me to contact. So early on Tuesday I connected the other company and they said they would have someone out by Friday plus gave no time. This was unexceptable to me because my vehicle was going to be a prisoner for almost a week plus not being able to have full access. So, on Wednesday I advised my Hub that I was dialing PRECISION and from the moment the conversation started I knew this was the right company. A time frame was set up for Thursday afternoon. I also had the name of the Tech who would be responding. Then on Thursday got a call inquiring there was a Tech avaliable to respond sooner. Great! The Tech arrived by the name of KEITH and he was very pleasant and easy to work with. Keith did a full check of our system and found one other problem in addition to the broken springs. Never did he try to push any additional product. Gave a choice in products. If we have a problem we woud call for Keith again. All in all we highly recommend PRECISION.

Based on prior outstanding experience, calling Precision was a no brainer. Our tech showed up early (after receiving a confirmation e-mail and phone call) and promptly attended to the repair. Keith explained why the problem was, he could repair it. he had seen this many times. He gave me estimate on repairing and replacing and explained the pros and cons. We agreed on repair. He completed the job in an hour for the price he said. Keith was personable and did a great job. I will definetly recommend and use Precision again.

Keith from Precision installed new springs on our double garage door several years ago. We were having more problems so we gave Precision a call and they sent Keith out to take a look. Excellent, knowledgeable, discussed my options and I approved the seervice. It was completed in an hour.
