The installer, Cody, was a real professional when he installed my new garage door opener, springs and header bearings. He explained exactly what he was doing and approx. how long it would take. After the installation was complete, he took his time to run through the new equipment and even showed me how to get the Genie App. so as to control my door from my phone. Getting a discount on all parts for being a Vet was an added bonus. Can't thank you guys enough.

Excellent and fast service. Garage door system broke on a Saturday and I called Precision who had previously done work at our home. Within 2 hours of my call Matt and Alfredo were at my door. They determined the problem and defined the fix and costs. About an hour later it was repaired and working well. Both service men were courteous, and professional. We are very pleased with the service experience.
