When calling your company on a Saturday at 9 am, I was surprised an actual person answered the phone. Even more surprising was when they were able to schedule a mid afternoon service. And fortunately ( because it turned out to be a big job) the schedule allowed Zackery to get here before noon and he worked on rebuilding the entire door system. He was professional, patient and understanding. I was very impressed with Zack and after his thoughtful explanation I decided to go for the top of the line everything with a 7 year guarantee. Totally satisfying interaction with the company every step of the way.

I had a good experience with scheduling and the repair went smoothly, but my issue is focused on exorbitant pricing. I didn't have time to research pricing when the torsion spring broke on our garage door overnight. I depended on the solid reviews posted for Precision for having them coming out to work on the door at a fair price. When the pricing options were presented they seemed really high, and I found out after the work was completed that they are indeed on the extreme high end. I had the two torsion springs replaced, two new end bearing plates, a new flanged ball bearing, and a set of new rollers totaling $1,354. From what I've gathered, parts and labor pricing from this repair is roughly double from other reputable contractors. The repair experience itself was good, but not worth that price.

I can not believe what an amazing company Precision overhead door is. They brought tears to my eyes with the installation of a new open. Zack the installer went over and beon the service call. Many thanks to the owners and him for helping me out at a bad time of my life now. I was overwhelmed with the kindness . That made sure my home was now safe. With having to deal with the lost of my brother and having to be a care taker for my cancer sister in law and having to leave my job they made me feel that there was good person out there during these times. Zack came out and was courteous and kind. Showed us the different areas causing the problem and wasn’t trying to sell us anything. He gave us several options and we ended up getting a new opener and several other parts for the door. Works great now and is much quieter. Really happy with the work and will request him again if we need any help in the future.

I had both springs replaced on my overhead door today. The technician (Zachery) arrived within the allotted window and replaced both springs. Zachery was kind and professional and a pleasure to have a conversation with. I don't know if they are the cheapest, but they sure know how to hire top notch employees.
