Matthew Leto is a great technician and sales rep. We had a problem w/our 20 year old Craftsman garage door opener that another company's tech had wrongly blamed on the door springs. My previous experience with Precision led me to call you guys for help. When I learned you also did garage door opener and Matthew explained my options, I opted for your solution. The opener is nice and quiet and backed for life by a great company. No more garage dorr problems for me!

Very impressed with the quality of the work done and with the professionalism of the technicians (Carlos and Zack) that fixed our garage door. They did a great job, were very cordial and went the extra step to provide a great service and to explain to us what was done, how to operate the system installed, etc. Also, we are impressed with the speed with which our needs were taken care for. I called the office this morning and they scheduled and made sure we had two professionals at our doorstep within hours. We will definitely use Overhead Garage Precision in the future if needed (they did such a great job, we should be set for quite a while) and will recommend Precision to my friends. Thanks again for a job very well done!

I purchased a deal from Angie's List. Dallas serviced the call. I discussed a few issues with the door's operation. Dallas made a few suggestions for improved operation. He installed new springs and pulleys. The door operates much quieter and smoother. I would recommend the company for service.
