When I bought this home there was a sticker on the garage door for your company. Being new to Florida, I just called your company. My son-in-law said that a spring had broken and I could see loose wires hanging down on the sides of the door. Your technician, Luke, called to let me know when he would arrive and he was right on time. He was friendly and polite. He explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. He explained the charges and offered a senior discount. He worked professionally and quickly. He cleaned up my garage when he was finished which I greatly appreciated. Matt, the tech that came out was just fabulous. Neat and clean, very efficient, and done in a little over an hour. Had to replace the motor to tame our very loud opener. He was also very pleasant, and nice,too. We are so happy we got Matt for our tech. You cannot even hear our garage door open anymore, our dog will not know when to let me know when my boyfriend gets home, cause he cannot hear it either. Thanks Precision.

I have used Precision in the past and am very pleased with their service. They definitely stand by their warranty, as I had a minor problem a couple of years after the motor was replaced and they came right out. Garage spring broke on Thanksgiving Day. I call for service on Friday morning, they said they wood have someone out between 1200 - 4:00. They call back and said they could have someone out earlier. Replaced garage door opener and repaired/reinforced door braces, spring and bearings. Excellent evaluation of needs, condition of doors and itemized estimate of repair options. Even though it was more than a DIY garage door opener kit from a big box store, I was ok with extra for higher quality equipment. Adam did excellent work, attention to detail and very friendly and professional. I would recommend to my neighbors.

We had two garage door motors installed 6 months ago. We were happy with the installation and professionalism from the technician. Unfortunately, one of our sensors broke off, so we needed it to be repaired. They came out the next day and repaired the damaged sensor. The technician was happy to be in and out to fix the problem.
