We have used Percision Overhead Door in the past and were very pleased but yesterday's service was exceptional. I called in the afternoon for an appointment and they said someone would be here yet that day. Aaron arrived, listened to the problem and was very friendly and efficient. He figured out the progblem in minutes and everything was in working order very quickly. I've never had such quick service. As Aaron was leaving a neighbor asked if he could come check his keypad which wasn't working and Aaron said sure. It was the best service I have experienced.Thank you, Aaron.

I called Precision Overhead Garage Door in the morning, and they were out at my house by noon. The two guys diagnosed my problem (the opener was shot - it could have been saved, but why bother), and proceeded to replace the opener and springs, set everything up, and left my garage cleaner than they found it - all before quitting time. It was the service you dream of. I am beyond happy.

I purchased a garage door and opener May 2020. Everything worked perfectly until October of this year. Apparently one of my neighbors started using a device that interferes with the operation of my opener remotes; the opener light that should only blink when a remote is activated is on almost all the time. I called Precision. They dispatched a technician (Jason). He had the knowledge and the parts to add a remote receiver that is unaffected by the inference.
