The technician, Bryan Stewart, did a fantastic job getting the door to close and secure. He was patient, and managed to figure out how to complete this difficult task (2 prior contractors could not figure it out). I am very impressed with the service offered by Precision! Danielle made an immediate appointment for me today, Memorial Day. Brian Harmon was here within about an hour and did an excellent job of getting the garage door to close again. He explained the problem and got to work immediately. Your tech Jim Johnson did a great job on replacing all parts on our 14 foot 50 year old garage door. All the parts needed were on his truck. Professionally done and all I had to do was provide orange Gatorade on a very hot day.Job well done.

John was my technician who came to the house today. luckily I got him again. he has been out to my house 3 previous times to help myself as well as my neighbor. he is a wonderfu,l polite and professional. Today John have no assistant named Josh H who was equally polite, wonderful and professional. I will always request Jon as well as Josh to do any repairs should I need any in the future. My only complaint is that Angie's list has been purchased by Home Advisors and I don't like the way they do business.

My service repair guy (Brian Harmon) arrived on time and did a great job. He did a quick check up on the condition of my garage door and determined that I had a broken spring and ball bearings were also damaged/worn. He quickly gave me a quote on all the diffrent types and cost of the associated parts. After agreeing with Brian, he installed the new spring and ball bearings in no time, and fine tuned everything to perfection. He did an awesome job and explained to me proper maintenance procedures to follow i.e. lubrication of all moving parts etc. I highly recommend Precision garage door to all who are looking for a good quality service. Good Job!

New springs on a door from 2009. There was no replacement parts available on this particular door I guess because of the age. Chris did a fine job and I give him five stars.

I requested a repair of a spring. The spring was replaced under warranty at, no cost. I was surprised their was no up sales to this request. The repair was completed at no cost, with no up sales. They stand by their service. This is not the first the I have had service completed by Precision. I'm very happy with their service.

John wasn’t just great, he was exceptional. He helped me with my door, then stayed around to help me sync my garage door opener to the permanent remote in my car. I can’t imagine ever calling anyone else to work on my door. Good work!!

Service tech, Chris, called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Professional, knowledgeable, he quickly assessed problem, explained it and offered 3 options for resolution. Work was complete within an hour. We got a new garage door, motor and belt and all the bells and whistles. We are very happy with the work, except on the day of installation they did not apply the black trim as promised. Everything else is great. Overall I would give it a 5 but since we have not received the trim from 2 weeks ago I am hold that 5 until the work is completed. Thank you
