This was my first time using Precision, my technician was Jordan Tompkins he was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I explained my problem to him, then Jordan performed a complete inspection when done he explained every issue to ensure I understood. Once the job was completed I must say I was very pleased. Jordan did a thorough evaluation of the garage door and we determine other than the broken springs, the door needed new rollers and bearings. The job was done in a timely manner and the job site was left clean. Jordan explained in detailed what he was doing during the installation of the part. I have a mechanical background so I know if something did not sound right but he was very professional straightforward and did not try to up sell service. After all the facts were presented, I notified my boss (my wife) of the repairs needed and she gave me her blessing to continue with the repair. Happy wife, happy life. Outstanding service done by Jordan and Precision overhead door.

As promised, Isak called and said he was on his way and would be at my house in 25-30 minutes which he was. Showed him the broken spring, he gave me options on spring types (good, better, best). The garage doors springs where both replaced without any issues. Tech was very knowledgeable. Respectful and friendly. He also was a perfectionist like me. Only negative thing I must share is the price. $800 for 2 springs and bearings is WAY Over priced. Granted I opted for upgraded springs but last time I replaced it only cost me 300 and the springs were also high strength. A fair price would have been 500.

I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door problems you might have. They were able to send out their technician, Keith, on the same day I called and he was on time, very informative on what I needed and took care of everything on the same appointment. After our garage ceiling began falling down upon opening our garage door one morning and drywall threw our garage door off its track, Griffin was able to come out and repair the problem for us. He even cleaned up the drywall mess for my elderly mother! When I mentioned other concerns we had regarding the functioning of the garage door, he made several recommendations to us with different cost options for us to consider. We ended up getting a new motor installed and updated openers/wall panel, as well as the original repair and "tune up" to our door and are extremely happy with the service. The garage door, that previously sounded like it was going to come crashing down each time it was opened, is now virtually silent and smooth when opened. Thanks!

I was amazed to see the pricing for a broken spring up to $900. The salesman/technician was very courteous I have no problem with him. The marketing however was a bad experience my soccer and experience and pricing with this company. I previously refused to purchase a new garage door from them because of over pricing.

I really appreciate the way that I was treated by PGD from the initial call with my concerns and the prompt appointment to have my door fixed. Mr. Noah Geer was the technician assigned to deal with my problem. He was excellent, courteous, gave me all the information I need to make an informed decision. He explained the process and how long it was going to take. He also went out of his way to make sure that after he changed the necessary parts to make the door safe and functional that I understood what parts may need to be replaced in the future. His expertise was very much appreciated. This is the second time that I use PGD and all I can say is that I highly recommend this company to any one who needs their services. They are very professional and do a great job. They don't cut corners and you can expect a job well done. Kudos.

You had scheduled my appointment between 6 PM and 10PM on Saturday June 22, 2019. Your Tech Brian Harmon was not only on time but a half hour early wich was a big help. We were out of state at the time of the problem with our garage door but we had our neighbors Daniel and Martha. avail themselves to be there to let the tech in to do the repair. All went very well. Your tech was professional and very knowledgeable. He contacted me with what was going on with the door and he contacted me again when he was finished. Explained what parts were needed and that he made some minor adjustments to the door and to the springs which help make the door operate smoother and quieter. You have a great company. Robert Trotter contacted me prior to his arrival and arrived right within his estimated time. He very quickly recognized my most immediate problem was the chain. Answering some of my questions he brought to my attention some options I have that would be to my benefit along, with fixing the chain.
