One of our garage doors stopped opening up. I called on a Wednesday afternoon, and they said they would have someone out on Friday around noon. Jim arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired the problem (wiring issue) at no charge, as it was covered by their 7 year warranty. Very pleased!

This is my second time I reached out to Precision and again they have delivered. Chris Stephens called as expected, he showed up, checked the issued and made recommendations. I ended up spending a bit more than I was expecting, but that was totally on me since I wanted to make sure everything I wanted done was done. I was super pleased with the workmanship and professionalism from Chris. I know I received the service I paid for and peace of mind. Chris explained all options and what was available. Friday night, end of the week, ready to relax. CRASH! The garage door goes down. Called Precision and was welcomed by Amy who was friendly, efficient and she got us in for appointment later in the day. Wesley arrived even before the time span given, he was polite, friendly and efficient. We realized he was also knowledgeable when he went over all our options with explanations to all of our questions. Precision is lucky to have Westley on their team, we are so happy. I was pleased with the service and the personality of your technician although I feel your pricing was off the chart. I think the parts and service I received was way over priced. I did not like the way the pricing was explained to me on a hand written note pad. I did some research first on pricing before the technician arrived and felt I was taken advantage of for the repair. I should have went with my gut and saved myself 400.00 dollars. Unless you have money to burn I would not recommend your service

The technician Keith Allen came out to my house today programmed my remote and programmed my car to the garage door to open and close the garage door. He also replaced the springs on the garage door. I will use precision door again and would recommend precision doors to anyone.

I called this morning (3/19) in a panic. My garage door wouldn’t open on its own. I called Precision and greeted by Danielle! Very helpful. They sent out Tech Keith! Excellent, knowledgeable, discussed my options and I approved the seervice. It was completed in an hour. Programmed all my remotes and checked entire system, explained everything to me and asked if if I had any questions!! Very impressed! Glad I called Precision!! Thank you !! Joe did great job in troubleshooting the problem. He did a better job performing the repair. He knew what he was doing and completed the job very fast. He would have been on his way but I ask him how did the repair fix the problem? He took the time to explain. I watch Joe the whole time he was here and I thought the repair cost was a bit high for the time spent. I change my mind after his explanation and thought the cost was very fair. Great troubleshooting and a fast repair is worth the price.
