I got my overhead garage door opener replaced today. I am totally satisfied with Precision. Chris was awesome. He explained everything in detail and provided multiple options. No pressure sell though. Though the price seems little bit over the edge initially but looking at the parts, services and warranties came with, it is ultimately reasonable. Chris went above and beyond with his job. Wonderful experience overall. I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors.

More Profesional setting. The entire team always go out of there way to make the customer happy. Luke really knew his stuff. He replaced the entire drive unit, and when he went to lubricate the springs, he found that due to an improper installation 12 years ago, a key part was worn so seriously that they whole spring apparatus could have come down on our car, or on us! Also, the springs had lost their oomph. So we now have a very smoothly operating garage door that is very safe.

Jim Rapp is an excellent technician, who explained me what need to be done and can be done either cheaper way and then the problem will arise or little expensive way with 7 years parts/labor warranty with 3/4HP motor etc. I decided to go with the higher price which includes all kinds of parts. Except the door and side railing everything was changed. Extremely silent operation of the door. I am an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and recommend them any time.

Precision Door is the best company in my opinion. Their communication is excellent, employees are professional, courteous and knowledgable and their pricing is fair. Travis evaluated our garage door and parts and gave us 3 different quotes. It was nice to have a choice! He completed the work in an expert manner and even adjusted the opener belt for no extra charge. He was able to repair the track instead of replace, so that saved us some money too. I appreciate Travis's honesty, hard work and professionalism. I will use Precision Door for all our needs and recommend them to everyone!

We are glad we called Precision for our garage door problem. Sunday morning we realized that one of the cables 'snapped' apart. The garage door was unable to be opened. We were given a repair window time of 2pm - 5pm (Sunday)and at 3:15pm received a call from Travis, the technician, telling us he would be here in 20 minutes...and exactly 20 minutes he showed up. He assessed the situation and pointed out to us that the movable parts of the door were in extremely bad shape (not surprised after 25 years of use!). He showed us the parts that were in poor condition. He gave us the option of just replacing the cables or the movable parts. Of course, to avoid any future costs, I chose the latter. In short, Travis did a terrific job and explained everything he had done. The price was right and so was the warranty. I recommend Precision to anyone who has a problem with their garage door. In addition, as advertised, they do not charge extra for weekend service calls. Good Job Travis!!!!!

Complete joke of a company. I got a outrageous quote of $2300 to fix my garage lol. Called a different company and they charger $475 to do the same thing. Straight rip off I cant recommend this company

Travis was great. Arrived earlier than we expected, phone before arriving. Pleasant, respectful, and use his mask during the entire process. He was patient and listened to our concerns, thoroughly inspected our garage door problems, then provided us with a clear assessment of the emergent work needed. Travis explained in detail the two options that suited our needs and respectfully accepted our decision. Explained approximately how long it would take to complete the job. Once the work was completed; he explained exactly what was done, the warranty, and how to best keep our garage door in good operating order. Asked that we contact the office with any concerns. Garage openers were installed and we are very happy with the service. The only thing that was bothersome was the time frame for someone to arrive. A 4 hour window span was rather long to wait when we had other things to do.
