Your service tech was on time, very knowledgeable , friendly, and neat as a pin. He used his blower to clean up the garage, and I must admit he left it cleaner than when he started. The price was in line, and I am very very happy with choosing Precision.. You should be very proud of your company and your staff. I don't question the quality of work or the service provided by Precision. In fact, I have used the company in the past. I DO have an issue with the "bait and switch" advertising on your website, promoting the $899 special. The garage door pictured in the ad clearly shows a door with windows (Sunray), right next to the $899 price. As I suspected, this is NOT the door that's available for $899 and in fact, the door in the picture is actually double the price ($1800). Very misleading and a classic marketing sham. We haven't made a decision on a door purchase yet but this episode just leaves me with a bad feeling.

I received a call from Carlos, one of the supervisors in the Clearwater office. He made me feel like a truly valued customer and as a result, we hired Precision to install our new garage door. We are completely satisfied! The installation team was on time and did a wonderful job, including cleaning up. I highly recommend Precision Door Company. They really care about the customer.

Wolf was very nice and overly efficient! He only had to put A wheel back in its track, but went above and beyond. He made sure everything was tight and functioning properly, as well as lubed all the moving parts. 5 stars for employee Wolf as well as Precision for prompt same day service!

James responded to our request for repair to our garage door opener within one day because that was more convenient for me. He was appropriately attired for the COVID-19 issues and he’s very knowledgeable about the repair we needed done. He offered several options including some to save a little money and showed us the pros and cons of each quote. Husband and I agreed to His recommendations And he installed the needed parts the same day. I can hardly hear the garage door open now with the new bearings and wheels installed. I would recommend James and Precision to anyone who is in need of garage door repair!
