Called and received service on same day - technician was timely - polite and professional. He listened to all the problems I was having with each door. He was able to diagnose the problems that I was having with both garage doors, explain what needed to be fixed/replaced with options and give me quotes. When I chose what I wanted done he started the job and didn’t stop until the job was finished and double checked everything. I am very happy with my garage doors working properly, the warranty and recommend Precision Garage Door Service. We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door company because we have done business with them in the past and were very satisfied. They rebuilt the garage door for us at a previously owned residence, and did basically the same thing today at our new home. The technician arrived on time and was obviously very experienced and well-trained. He went over in detail what needed to be done and gave me a list of options to choose from. He completed the job in one day, cleaned up any debris left and gave us a thorough briefing on how to use the door. We are very pleased.

Quick response to initial call about a broken part. They were ahead of schedule and called on my cell. Very courteous and as I was driving to meet them called again with questions so they could be ready upon my arrival. They then explained all the options, prices, alternatives, in writing on the i pad. They programmed the cars to control the door and explained other I phone options. They were thorough in their work, were concerned that everything was done correctly, and even called in assistance due to the size of the ultimate work. Joshua Figueroa and his assistant Wayne were excellent. The company was recommended to us by our AC team and they were right on. Thank you.

Thank you Precision Door. Your Residential Technician Joshua Figueroa was excellent. He was very knowledgable and took the time to explain what was wron, how it most likely occured and gave us various options on what we needed and what each step would cost. Joshua was very timely on making our repair. Our fix although was rather expensive, but fair, and because of the type of tech that Joshua was we will definatley be using Prcision Overhead door for our future needs.
