The tech did a great job. Was courteous and knowledgeable. Took time to explain everything and save me some money with the quick fix instead of buying a new opener. The tenant reports all works perfectly now. I also appreciate that he came out so quickly to take care of us. Paul googled reviews of garage door companies and yours had high ratings. One of my near neighbors has a truck with your graphics that I've seen often so knew the name. Thank you for the great service.

We have been using Precision Door for years when we have had a problem. They come out in an emergency to fix anything that is wrong. May it be late at night. Their tech Chris is an asset to the company with his personality. He explained exactly what caused the door not to work. Thank you, Cris and Precision.

I knew I needed to have my garage door opener looked at soon because it was making a funny noise. I happen to see a Precision Garage Door van driving through my community. I stopped the driver, Nick and he happily followed me home to look at my issue. Just doing that alone, warrants a 5 star review, but the service I received once he inspected my opener was top notch. Within 2 hours time, I have a brand new Genie opener with a 3 yr warranty and knowing I don’t have that worry any longer eases my mind. Great job, Nick!

This started as a call to the company requesting information regarding the installation of the rubber foot on my garage door. The person with whom I spoke advised me that there was a $49.95 charge for the service call unless work was performed, and that the foot ran from ~$8.00 - $11.00, installed. There was NO discussion of ANY other charges. When the installer arrived, he advised me that the correct part was on the truck and the cost would be around $115.00, that stated $115.00, exactly. When I started to break down the cost, he informed me that the cost included 1) a trip charge and 2) a fuel surcharge. I immediately told hm that these charges had NEVER been mentioned before and that I would NOT have the work done and that, furthermore, I would not pay the $49.95, because the additional charges had NEVER been disclosed. To his credit, the technician called the office ON HIS OWN and presented a resolution that was more than acceptable. The issue here is the clear and complete communication of ALL charges at the initial contact and NOT surprising people on site.

I called Precision Overhead Doors on Oct. 4th. The technician Charles Sherword arrived the next day as per their appointment, Charles inspected the doors and noted the rollers were in poor condition which was the cause of the noise and slow operation. Charles gave me the cost to replace the existing rollers with new nylon rollers. After one hour the door was complete and operating like new. Charles was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door,

Arnold Simpson did an awesome job creatively solving a problem with a spring that was too strong for my too light door. He was on time, creative, competent, friendly, and professional. He said he’s worked for Precision for 13 years and they “are a great company”. I have to agree with him. They have fair prices, great products, outstanding service, plus they are responsive and honor their warranty too. Great job all around.
