On Saturday February 25th I contacted Precision as my garage opener was beeping needing a new battery. (20-$40) It wasn’t an emergency I could have waited but I had a worker Matt a young man and his helper here by 9:30am I was told I’d be needing battery, springs and bearings given price of 1,710 which I turned down. The price then went down to $1,510 which I turned down. I’ve had same repairs done on house in Texas and NY by other companies and never paid such a huge amount. With two coupons of $50 and $25 from the Tampa bay times and more phone calls by Matt to his boss on the phone the price went down to $935. I finally accepted that price for 2 springs and a battery. That was my decision and I accept it. I was never given a receipt of what the cost breakdown was other than a paid receipt from a hand held processor. I would appreciate a complete form of what was done and paid for and stating there was a 2 year warranty on parts. Thank you Ginny Cordero

I cannot thank precision garage enough for their generosity towards my family this past weekend. After months of living with a faulty garage door opener, and failed attempts to repair it. I called precision and they came out the same day(in fact earlier than scheduled). Not only did they replace my garage opener they went over and beyond to provide for my family in a time of need. It is good to know that this company is not driven by business and profit only but that they also care for others on a personal level. I am particularly thankful for our amazing technician Orion Mancini, a kind-hearted and genuine human being who delivered impeccable service. He made sure that my family got everything we needed and more and understood the special reason why we needed the garage to work. He deserves a gold star. So does his manager Josh with whom he was in constant communication and made the decision to make the generous offer. We will never forget how you made us feel. Outstanding experience with Precision Overheard Garage Door company. We had a home built in 2019 and for the past year both garage doors had been making some very load sounds as they were opening and closing. We contacted the company that installed the doors during construction and they basically said there wasn't much they could do to quiet them down other than apply some lubricant. I did that multiple times but the issues still remained. Then I saw your commercial on TV where your tech said someone called because their doors made sounds like a pterodactyl. Well, mine did as well. So I immediately called for an appointment and in a few days a tech (James Long) arrived, explained what needed to be done and completed the job in less than an hour. Today my doors are finally quiet. I am very impressed with the way your company operates and kudos to my tech James who arrived on time, was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. And bottom line: James fixed my garage doors.

I knew I needed to have my garage door opener looked at soon because it was making a funny noise. I happen to see a Precision Garage Door van driving through my community. I stopped the driver, Nick and he happily followed me home to look at my issue. Just doing that alone, warrants a 5 star review, but the service I received once he inspected my opener was top notch. Within 2 hours time, I have a brand new Genie opener with a 3 yr warranty and knowing I don’t have that worry any longer eases my mind. Great job, Nick!

This started as a call to the company requesting information regarding the installation of the rubber foot on my garage door. The person with whom I spoke advised me that there was a $49.95 charge for the service call unless work was performed, and that the foot ran from ~$8.00 - $11.00, installed. There was NO discussion of ANY other charges. When the installer arrived, he advised me that the correct part was on the truck and the cost would be around $115.00, that stated $115.00, exactly. When I started to break down the cost, he informed me that the cost included 1) a trip charge and 2) a fuel surcharge. I immediately told hm that these charges had NEVER been mentioned before and that I would NOT have the work done and that, furthermore, I would not pay the $49.95, because the additional charges had NEVER been disclosed. To his credit, the technician called the office ON HIS OWN and presented a resolution that was more than acceptable. The issue here is the clear and complete communication of ALL charges at the initial contact and NOT surprising people on site.
