This is not the first time we have utilized your services and it certainly will not be the last. Our subdivision had a power outage yesterday that lasted over 4 hours. We manually opened our garage door without power and went to our daughters house for dinner and cool AC comfort. When we returned home the power was back on so I tried the door opener and smoke escaped from the opener. We thought it was trashed since the system was installed in 2006. Called your office this morning and as promised your fine technician Isak Zenkic arrived as promised a few hours later. What a fine gentleman with a terrific attitude. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the good news. He said it was an easy fix and we would not have to replace the entire system. Fantastic service. My garage door and opener are 18 years old. Precision gave me next day service as promised, and even called me to arrange service earlier than originally scheduled. Robert Trotter, Precision's technician, called to give me an eta to my house. Upon arrival he introduced himself, asked what needed to be done, then inspected my opener and the garage door and its components. He clearly explained what was going on with everything to me and my wife, and offered different options and prices to get everything back to where it needed to be. We decided to install a new opener with a larger motor, and have some door components replaced. Robert made sure everything to use the opener was programmed for us and answered all our questions before he left. I recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door and/or opener service.

What a great company to have doing work on my home. The technician that came to my house today was Jeremy Rossi. He was perfect right from the beginning. My main reason for having the visit was simple, I needed some new remotes to put in our cars.
