We had our new garage door opener installed this evening along with springs,bearings rollers and all the trimmings need to make our system work flawlessly. Not only were the technicians able to do the job with ease, but they had to be the friendliest people I've met in a long time. They completed the job in two hours flat. Very very impressed. Very impressed with the quality of the work done and with the professionalism of the technicians (Carlos and Zack) that fixed our garage door. They did a great job, were very cordial and went the extra step to provide a great service and to explain to us what was done, how to operate the system installed, etc. Also, we are impressed with the speed with which our needs were taken care for. I called the office this morning and they scheduled and made sure we had two professionals at our doorstep within hours. We will definitely use Overhead Garage Precision in the future if needed (they did such a great job, we should be set for quite a while) and will recommend Precision to my friends. I would have to say that Carlos Morales went way beyond expectations for a service technician. Most times service techs have the personality of a door-knob. You could actually hold a conversation with Carlos. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend your company to anyone. Carlos treated me as if he was the company owner which is exactly what a owner wants and needs. If all your service techs are as good as Carlos, you're in the money!
