Used once before when we first moved in. As on that occasion, yesterday's service request was responded to quickly. When the technician arrived, he was friendly, listened to my explanation of the problem, sought out the resolution, offered & explained my options & fixed the problem with a new (much quieter) system. He removed all parts no longer needed - wouldn't even know he'd been there, explained how the new system worked & left us all with the feeling that he'd taken care of our issue as if it was his personal problem. Arnold Simpson deserves 5 stars plus! Thank you Precision!

A garage door issue never happens at an opportune time. Our spring broke on a Sunday. We placed the service call and our technician Chris was onsite within an hour. Chris was very thorough with his information. He was not pushy with his recommendations, he put all of the information before us and left us to make the decision. By the time he was finished, we felt like we had made a new friend. There were no extra charges for it being a Sunday. That in itself will make me a return customer. I can't say enough good about Precision They are amazing!

My wife in handicapped and we have a ramp in the garage. It's the only way she can exit and enter so we have to be able to open and close the garage door, and we need it NOW. Broke a spring, one cable and burned out a card in the garage door opener. Pricey, but they came when I needed them and fixed everything in one trip. Paid extra for a 5 year warranty on parts and labor..

Arnold Simpson did an excellent job on our garage door and he worked very hard to get it going again. Furthermore he advised us on a number of items which the door might need to be corrected in the future as the door was already 11 years old and it probably would need further repairs. The tech was great and I appreciated his timeliness and knowledge. Our father passed away 3 weeks ago and my siblings and I are trying to handle his personal affairs. I inquired about a military discount on behalf of our father, but was told a discount only applies to motors. We were a little disappointed in that but overall the service was great.
