Jose Rosario was exceptional. He explained everything so we could understand what repairs were needed. He was able to repair our garage door, replace parts of the opener (so we did not need to purchase a new one) and install a new keypad. He was very friendly and extremely professional. Excellent service from start to finish! The sales rep was very knowledgeable and gave me some great suggestions. The garage door installer, Ed, was prompt, very pleasant, and efficient. He recommended that I have my non-functioning garage door opener replaced. Jeremy, the technician, came out the same day and was also wonderful. He explained the differences of my options, and he installed the garage opener the same day. My new garage door (wood grained) looks beautiful, and my new garage opener works flawlessly.

The Technician that came out, Frank Soto was awesome!!!! His customer service was far above and beyond anything I've experienced in a long time! 10 across the boards. Excellent communication - He explained everything very through to me and was concerned more about my safety than trying to do a quick fix. My door was so old. With the lock broken on a fiber glass garage door it only made sense to replace the door, so that's what I'm doing. My dog approved of him as well!

From my first phone call with the front office, to the expert technician on site, A+ all the way around. The company came as a referral from a friend in my sub-division, and I was not diappointed. Truly knowledgeable staff, excellent service (Carlos M. was my tech), on-time, etc. For the amount of work that I had done (new motor, remotes, sensors, bearings, wheels, oil/grease, and an extended warranty), I was very pleased with the price. Very nice work, I'm proud to have your sticker on my door!

Precision fixed my 26 yr. old double garage door and installed a new garage door opener. My door now looks and sounds like a brand new garage door. The opener also works and sounds great. Your employee Keith was very courteous and non-pressuring. The non-pressuring is very important to me. He worked from the prompt time of arrival until he completed the task. Everything was cleaned up before he left. I am very satisfied and I wrote a review for Angie's List. I got your name from there.
