$866 for a two spring door replacement seems far over the top. The service tech called me prior to commencing the job. There are two sides to every story, but in my opinion he made it sound much worse than 2 springs. Talked about tracks, and rollers, etc. etc That call was at 2:04 pm at 3:08 pm he was done with work and collecting money on the phone. Never again, overpriced.

Last summer Precision installed a new storm rated garage door. They attached it to the same ceiling blocks that were used on the original non-insulated fiberglass door. Due too the extra weight one of the blocks began to separate from the ceiling. On the afternoon of 4/25/18 I called the company and they scheduled technician Seth Leto at 8:00 am the following day. He was very professional and properly secured the track. I have been pleased with Precision from the time the estimator came out to the installers and now the warranty work.

Fairly quick response for a Sunday. Technician Joe Payette was very friendly and explained exactly what repair had to be done. He also explained different options on parts and warranties. Overall a good experience and I would recommend Precision to others.

Appt. was made to replace worn rollers. Upon inspection of entire unit Carlos determined and explained several problems the biggest of which was the very worn coil atop motor housing that was destined to fail in the short term. We decided to replace with new Linear motor. Carlos also replaced worn rollers on an otherwise good- condition overhead 18-foot door and re-anchored center drive rail mount to garage header.

I was surprised at how quickly we were able to get serviced, less than 3 hours after I called to request a repair on our garage door. Dallas immediately identified the problem and fixed it in only a few minutes. In 2009 my son purchased a hurricane door from Precision and recommended I use the company to purchase mine which I did. What a good decision I made to follow his advice!! I have called back a couple of times for service, change remote and always get good, quick, service. This week my door wouldn't stay down, about 2:45 PM I called Precision to see when they could come out, I was amazed to be given a time of 3-7 PM, same day. Tim came approx 4 PM and had to replace the opener, I was even more amazed it was covered under the warranty!!! No charge!!! I cannot say enough about their service, employees, quality and willingness to make that service call the same day and to make sure I'm satisfied. Tim installed the new opener, programmed it and explained the new technology within the hour, I believe, he was very courteous, efficient and professional. Precision does just what they say on TV, they are amazing!!

We've always had excellent service and "honest assessments" from Precision for older garage door installations needing some updates and/or repair. This last upgrade was the BEST as I thought we would have to replace the door but it was only the springs and opening devices that needed attention. The noise level reduced by 80% and it now sounds perfect! I trust their service team and they are on-time and professional. Highly recommend them to others!

I had Bryan and another guy come to my house to fix the safety sensor eyes, they both were very professional at what the do. They were both very friendly and informative, they answered any questions that I had. The door springs were in bad shape and they explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct it.
