My garage door opener failed, so I called Precision. Within 24 hours they had come out and replaced my old opener with a new, smoother, quieter opener that was superior to my original unit. Their technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and lead technician Keith Allen did a super job. They did a complete assessment of my existing door & hardware, and reviewed the use an operation of the new unit with me. My overall experience with Precision was exceptional and I would highly recommend them.

Hello. Precision was referred to me by True Builders. I give them a giant 5 star rating. Mr. Mike Wallace was very professional and courteous. He called me and introduced himself and made sure I was going to be available. He was so pleasant on the phone. He told me exactly when he was coming by. When he got here, he introduced hisself again and shook my hand. Then he asked what the problem was. I told him and he immediately got to work. Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday morning. I called Precision around noon that day wanted to set up an appointment for the upcoming week. They were able to come that afternoon for no additional weekend charge. The technician was done with the work by 3:30 that day. He was efficient, knowledgeable and provided options to fit our budget. I was very pleased with the experience and I was thrilled to have my garage door opening again so quickly! I would definitely recommend Precision!!

Very impressed with Zack Rago who serviced our garage door this afternoon. He replaced the springs, bearings, rollers and a broken hinge. He was on site in a little over an hour after we placed the call for service. We don't believe that we could have gotten better service. Thank you for the fast efficient service.
