I called Precision because my former company could not get to me for a full three days. Things happen for a reason, I suppose. Mike from Precision arrived within three hours of my call. He assessed my problem and provided options for the repair. I actually asked for additional services and am delighted with the finished product. Precision will be my first call from now on.

I was surprised at just how quick your company was to respond to my needs! Your technician Chris was very knowledgeable and quick to do our repairs. We had springs, bearings, and rollers installed in a very short time, and at a cost that was fair and competitive. I would recommend your company to everyone in need of any kind of garage door repair! Thanks!

Precision technician (John Pappas) was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided exceptional and professional service repairs with helpful maintenance recommendations for a longer door life. All this was on a Football Sunday at 3pm and called actually that very morning for a service call appointment. No special fees, the repair bill would have looked the same on a Wednesday morning. Very satisfied and definitely recommend this company.

Respectful to the Customer and to the Home, Mike Graves of Precision Door Service exemplified high standards of professional conduct and technical expertise. He did not try to "up-sell" me but rather, provided choices so In could make an informed decision. As he diligently worked, I was grateful that he answered my questions which provided me an appreciation for his craft and knowledge. The result - an incredibly quiet and well balanced garage door I now enjoy.

previous rep installed wrong part making the door unable to be kept open during power outage but current rep found the mistake and corrected it. Door is now operable during power outage. current rep also inspected and installed new battery that also did not operate during power outage. Hopefully no future problems creating hazardous condition. Otherwise satisfied with the service.

Precision Garage Door has got to be the best choice! Their installers were here early 9 am and had the door installed in less than two hours, explained everything about the three remotes, yes one for your car, one next to the outside of the door and one inside by the inner house door. Three ways and positions to control your door. I was not expecting that. If power goes out door slides up by hand very easy. Has vacation mode and good light. Friendly and courteous. These guys are the professionals. Good office crew. Very satisfied customer Robert Straley in Clearwater Skycrest Neighborhood

My garage door would not stay down after a power outage when power was restored. The technician (Carlos) explained that the system had "learned" a new up/down procedure with the door unattached to the mechanism and he reprogrammed the door and explained how to prevent this from happening in the future if there is a power outage. There was no charge for this. I was quite satisfied.

We used Precision Overhead Garage Door services to repair and perform maintenance on our garage door. They were prompt and worked with our home warranty company (which required extra steps from them). We have used them twice for service and have been very pleased both time.

John Papas did a great job fixing our garage door at a very busy time in advance of Hurricane Irma. Our spring broke on Tuesday night, causing the cable to come loose from the spool. By Thursday afternoon we were back in action. Excellent job and excellent response time! Thanks!
