REPAIR WAS COMPLETE AND FAST, BRYAN WAS FOCUSED ON THE TASK AT ALL TIMES UNLIKE OTHER VENDORS WHOM WE HAVE USED ARE ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONE. DOOR WAS REPAIRED AND WAS CAREFUL AROUND THE CAR THAT WAS TRAPPED INSIDE. THE COST WAS ON THE HIGHER SIDE BUT HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GAVE ME A WARRENTY.

Prompt appt and service, Richard was a knowledgeable and helpful tech. We had our garage door installed by Precision 21 years ago- never an issue, opener even still working and just needs a new track after all those years lol. Amazing, did not need a new door but called to get a price on a new hurricane wind loaded door and will be installing one soon. These days when you cannot even get a refrigerator to last more than 4 years its nice to know there are still people doing quality work. LOL I bet it will last another 21 years... Thanks guys. Janine, a Pinellas County Schools Teacher and satisfied customer.

Thank you so much for the quick and professional servicing of our garage door. Came home late on Sunday and found our door wouldn't open. Called and they had someone at our home a little after 10 am the next morning. Checked the door over and found exactly what it needed - about 90 minutes later - everything was finished and I was able to get on my way. Thank you - will be referring my friends your way.

We were pleased the door was fixed however it felt as if the tech didn’t want to assist us. He kept telling us we could look up the instructions on you tube on how to reset the battery. Little does he know we had done that already before we contacted anyone. The garage door is set and we are happy about that.

Joe was great. Knows his stuff. Lets you know what might be best for the door, but doesn't try to push you into the decision. You have to respond in the positive when he handles things like that. Could not show that on the last item in this review because the list did not include or allude to what was installed.

I called to have our door looked at because it was making a lot of crackling/snapping sounds. Tech arrived and took a look at the door. He said it looks in excellent condition. I had informed him that 2 months ago the door was painted and the noise started immediately after the painters had gone. He assessed that the paint was sticking together between the panels and thus caused the noise every time it opened and closed. Will have to get the painters to come back and somehow remove the paint that got between the panels. Thanks Precision Door for your input.

I called Precision because my former company could not get to me for a full three days. Things happen for a reason, I suppose. Mike from Precision arrived within three hours of my call. He assessed my problem and provided options for the repair. I actually asked for additional services and am delighted with the finished product. Precision will be my first call from now on.

Precision technician (John Pappas) was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided exceptional and professional service repairs with helpful maintenance recommendations for a longer door life. All this was on a Football Sunday at 3pm and called actually that very morning for a service call appointment. No special fees, the repair bill would have looked the same on a Wednesday morning. Very satisfied and definitely recommend this company.
