We had very fast service and a very nice young man to comply with our needs. We had called to get a new rubber seal on the bottom of the door. The service man said we might consider new springs 'as they were pretty old.So we did. Keith Anderson was our repair person. He was very polite and knowlegable. Thank you very much.

They were able to come out to our home within an hour of our service call. The tech was able to fix everything that was wrong, had all the parts he needed with him and was done with the repair in an hour! He explained all of our options and let us know what we really needed at this time and what will probably needed in the future. He didn't try to pressure us into fixing everything all at once but repairing the necessity while also letting us know more work would probably need to be done in the next few years. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and professional from scheduling my service to onsite. Mike Boyle was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He called in advance to let me know he was on his way, showed up as anticipated and installed a new weather strip and performed a garage door tune-up in a timely manner. He informed me of what things we need to anticipate repairing in the future with quotes on those items as I requested. We would use Precision Doors again in the future. We received very professional service.

Tech was Brent Howell I called around 11:00 am with my door problem. I was told that a tech would be there between 11 and 3. Brent called on his way. He observed the situation and gave me three options to fix my door. I chose the 7 year warranty. Brent put in a new tension bar, rollers, and cables. Brent is truly an asset to your company. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did the work in the time he estimated. I enjoyed watching Brent work as he told me what he was doing in the process.
