I would recommend Precision garage door service to anyone who would need their garage door serviced, repaired or replaced. They are courteous, very knowledgeable of all their products, gave a quote before doing any work on your door, explained how everything worked before leaving and they were very neat and cleaned before they left the job. Top notch service. High recommend Precision! Your company provides the best service and staff for garage door repairs. The repair required new springs. James Mantsch repaired it perfectly. James was outstanding, hard working and friendly. He explained everything, provided all the options and repaired the issue that was more than just a loose cable after all. I don't normally write reviews, but recently we had call to use your company and was very pleased. One of or rentals in Polk County was hit by lightning over the weekend. I'd recently had 2 surgeries and was trying to coordinate getting things done for the tenant. The service at Precision was expedient, professional and knowledgeable. They had a tech, Zach, out to the property that afternoon and after an assessment of opener. Zach was able to advise me as to what we had, the advantages and disadvantages of different models and costs involved. He also recommended a single surge protector for unit as a small help in prevention going forward. His service was professional, helpful and expedient and it was a pleasure doing business with Precision. Being in sales myself over 20 years, I know a company is Only as good as their people and First impressions are everything. Thanks Zach and Precision !

Great service and was work done in a timely fashion. Zach called when he was on his way and arrived in the appointment time frame. He explained what was the issue was with our unit and explained our options. I used Precision in Julu of 2012 when I moved here and Mr. Matt Letto did a great job.so when my garage door was not working I called Precision at 6:00 am and the man on the other end could have not been more understanding to my problem. He made me a appointment this afternoon. When Dallas Frazier got here he wnet right to work and fix the problem some under warranty and one thing need new. Dallas was at the door in no time whit all the work done and the door working like new again. Precision had shown how each of the technician are pros and have always present them selves in a manner. I give them 10 stars out of 5 stars they are that good. Thank you,

1) Unlike most Florida businesses, Precision called twice on the day of my garage door maintenance to inform me of: first when they would arrive (2) to tighten the time bracket to allow me to do errands. 2) The tech was well informed, courteous, and skilled. He examined my 15 year old system, told me what the problem is that prohibits the door from operating well and options with estimates of the repair or replacement. 3) Have no way to currently compare, but I would allow that the prices quoted were reasonable. 4) Tech left the area clean. Programmed all handheld remotes. I would highly recommend Precision to relatives, friends and associates.
