You installed new garage doors in my house several years ago, and in my condo recently, when I downsized. The condo doors began to make a loud banging noise lately, and I was concerned that it had a big problem. I called you and you were here the next day, made a few adjustments, and my door is as quiet as I can expect. I would never have another company install or repair my doors. You are good and punctual, and always do a good job.

I had a great experience with Precision. Jimmy was my technician and he was vey knowledgeable about my garage problem and fixed it beyond my imagination. The garage door now opens and close without hesitation and has to be the most silent garage I have ever seen/heard.

Our tech Andrew was great and finished the job quickly. Only thing that bothers is the $20.00 fuel surcharge that was never mentioned. I only noticed after looking at the invoice. I would absolutely use Precision again, but I will ask about surcharges next time before committing.

5 stars: Precision Door Service replaced the belt in our garage door opener. I was concerned that I would have to replace the entire garage door opener even though only the belt was frayed. The technician analyzed the problem and said he could replace the belt and he had one in his truck. Great news. In addition to repairing my garage door opener, Dallas also oiled my garage door and springs. That was very thoughtful and appreciated. The door works great and has stopped squeeking.

Edward Lucchesi was most impressive! Explained what was wrong with the door and offered to make it operable. The door is almost 60 years old - no replacement parts - and that was impressive. After talking with him I decided replacement was the best option and the work was scheduled. Looking forward to having new doors on Monday!

This is the second time I've used Precision. Back in November 2016 they replace a garage door opener for me. Today they replaced the springs on my garage door and added bracing which was necessary to repair damage to the door. Keith was the technician providing the service both times. He was efficient, very professional, and explained everything about the work he was doing. I will not hesitate to call this company again if the need ever arises. They are the best.

Your technician, Keith, explained all options carefully & carried out all the repairs in a very timely manner. We ended up having the garage door opener repaired, track wheels & sensor lights replaced, along with a surprise replacement of the old door springs (which broke once the new wheels were installed.
