Technician Ben Elliott was totally professional and knowledgeable as to what needed to be done and specifically went through item by item listing the prices and giving a although explanation of what needed to be replaced giving us the option of selecting what we wanted done. Precision has a excellent reputation in our community as a company that doesn't oversell or replace parts that are not necessary with pricing being fair and just.

Heavy garage door spring broke on a Saturday. Door very heavy and car stuck inside. Called Precision and within an hour and half a technician was at residence making a repair. Provided estimate on different repair methods and performed thorough inspection of existing system. Technician very knowledgeable and completed all requested repairs in a quick manner. Very pleased with service.

Mr. Soto was very patient and explained all the details of what our options were. The work was able to be completed the same day and there was no added clean-up for us. Excellent service. I have been extremely happy with Precision ever since I found them on Angie's List. Their service is absolutely amazing, and all of the techs I have delt with have taken he time to explain everything to me, and in a manner I am able to understand. Each time I have called them out ey have always turned up on time. They even call and tell me they are on their way and when to expect them. They alway leave everything tidy and always do a full inspection on the equipment before leaving. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. They stand by their work and guarantee it.
