Our Technician, Ryan, was fantastic!!! He made it out to our home the same day on time to fix our garage door that wouldn't close, which turned out to be one of the cables that came off the pulley. Ryan took the time out to explain the issue in detail and then explained our options and made some great recommendations. After decision was made he went right to work and really did a superb job. I would definitely recommend this company and Ryan to anyone I speak with about garage doors. Thank you again!!!

I would like to say how wonderful James was with assisting me with my garage door repair. James called LiftMaster on my behalf to ensure the correct parts were ordered and rescheduled an appointment where he drove to my house, only to determine that the parts that were needed had not yet arrived from LiftMaster. Once the parts did arrive he installed them. Now my garage door is working perfectly! James went above and beyond to ensure that my garage door was repaired properly and I wanted to be sure Precision knows how appreciative I am. 5 stars all around! Thank you!

Carlos and Ryan were excellent technicians. They diagnosed the problems and knew what to do to fix the problem. My garage door needed cables, springs, rollers, and bearings. It works great now.
