Usually when I read reviews I assume they are cherry picked to make the company look better. In the case of Precision the kudos were well earned. Service tech showed up faster than promised, explained the situation well, helped me make a decision on which springs to go with and in general was a joy to work with---totally unlike the last company I contacted. I wish I remembered the techs name to give him the personal praise he deserves.

Very impressed with Zack Rago who serviced our garage door this afternoon. He replaced the springs, bearings, rollers and a broken hinge. He was on site in a little over an hour after we placed the call for service. We don't believe that we could have gotten better service. Thank you for the fast efficient service.

My garage door opener failed, so I called Precision. Within 24 hours they had come out and replaced my old opener with a new, smoother, quieter opener that was superior to my original unit. Their technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and lead technician Keith Allen did a super job. They did a complete assessment of my existing door & hardware, and reviewed the use an operation of the new unit with me. My overall experience with Precision was exceptional and I would highly recommend them.

Hello. Precision was referred to me by True Builders. I give them a giant 5 star rating. Mr. Mike Wallace was very professional and courteous. He called me and introduced himself and made sure I was going to be available. He was so pleasant on the phone. He told me exactly when he was coming by. When he got here, he introduced hisself again and shook my hand. Then he asked what the problem was. I told him and he immediately got to work. We are very pleased at the work they did on the garage door. This is the first time since we bought this house in Sept 2014 that it is very quiet when it goes up and down.
