Precision Door Service of Clearwater just finished installing my new 2 car garage door and opener. I originally called them because I kept seeing the company vans as well as television commercials. They were highly rated by the BBB. From the time Michele Miller came out with samples and we discussed the options through the installers completing the job today, they were all very professional. The door is beautiful and the belt drive opener is extremely quiet. I will definitely recommend them.

your teck was excellent and and very very professional. After I had the opener installed I realized that I did not mention a coupon that I did not print off for him. Afterwards I received a call that I was going to get the coupon discount and that a check would be forth coming. As of this date I do not remember getting a refund. Of course I sometimes cannot remember things at my age (hopefully I am just kidding). If the check was sent could you give me the check number and the amount so I can check with my bank. Thank you and "yes" I would recommend Precision.

This is the second time I have used Precision and have had to have repairs which were both on the weekend. They came and took care of the problem the same day so I didn't loose time from work. THE BAD AND THE GOOD First the bad: the back-office needs to be more forthcoming about the fact that the coupon offers may not be of the same quality or warranty. This puts tremendous stress on the installer to do damage control when the customer is negatively surprised after he arrives. Chris wisely called ahead and explain the situation although I still feel the back office would have could have prevented that. THE GOOD.... With that said Chris and all the folks I contacted we're very courteous and helpful! the situation was handled very well .... hence the five star rating! The service tech Chris Carelas made a thorough inspection of my system and informed me that my bearings we're original 15+ yr old and even showed me that they we're bad. we agreed on what was needed he performed the work neatly and professionally in a timely manner, and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the result.

Called at 9 am on a Sunday and by 2:30 pm had my garage door repaired and new motor installed. I did feel it was a bit pricy but same day service and work quality was worth the extra price. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend company. Technician Brian was fantastic!

door was not working properly. I called n Saturday Appointment was set up for Sunday between noon Nd ^ Chris was here at noon. All it took was somebody with experience to do a quick adjustment and minor instruction and he was on his way. Could not beat the promptness of the appointment If more companies employees with traet there customers the way I was treated they would not have to worry about going out of business
