I had a problem with my garage door that was rebuilt by Precision in May 2012. Thankfully it was covered with a 7 year warranty. Michael Wallace took care of it the next day after I called and it did not cost anything. Its really comforting to know you can count on Precision.

Brian arrived on time and confirmed the problem as well as other items that should be addressed. He worked diligently and repaired the problem quickly. He was very professional and explained the repair and the billing. I really appreciate his efforts, the quick response time and the way this company appears to be run. The invoice was sent to my e mail promptly, and the door works perfectly again. A great experience and I can say I wish all companies did this good a job!

I purchased a deal from Angie's List. Dallas serviced the call. I discussed a few issues with the door's operation. Dallas made a few suggestions for improved operation. He installed new springs and pulleys. The door operates much quieter and smoother. I would recommend the company for service.

Matthew Leto is a great technician and sales rep. We had a problem w/our 20 year old Craftsman garage door opener that another company's tech had wrongly blamed on the door springs. My previous experience with Precision led me to call you guys for help. When I learned you also did garage door opener and Matthew explained my options, I opted for your solution. The opener is nice and quiet and backed for life by a great company. No more garage dorr problems for me!

5 Stars! I used Precision a few ago to replace the spring on the door. I remember the tech at the time as being very knowledgeable and professional. Luckily he left the company sticker on the inside of the door so that is why I called Precision again without hesitation. Keith Anderson was the tech this time. He kept me informed of his time of arrival and quickly determined the problem with my garage door opener. He was professional and polite in answering all of my questions and showing me the defective parts (belt and gears). He then offered 4 alternatives for a resolution explaining the cons and pros of each choice. He presented himself as a skilled and honest representative of your company. Over the years of home ownership, I have settled on a plumber, an electrician, a carpenter, and now a garage door company. Thank you

The technician who arrived on time, John, was extremely professional, as was his helper. They did an inspection of my garage door opener and offered different replacement options, and gave me their opinion as to which parts they should replace today. They also gave me a price list for other options for future use. My coupon was for a tune-up and choice of roller replacement or bottom seal replacement. I opted for the roller replacement. They completed the tune-up and roller replacement satisfactorily and answered my seemingly hundreds of questions. Thank you John; I would not hesitate to call Precision again or recommend you to a friend.

Had my first encounter with your company this past week when I needed some repair work done on my door, and was very happy with the quality of service I received from my service tech, Keith Allen. He was knowledgeable, friendly, clean-cut, professional, and courteous - everything you could ask for when a stranger comes into your home. I contacted your company because your ad said that you made evening and weekend calls, so I was a little surprised that I was unable to get someone out the same day (especially since I was a little concerned about my garage door letting loose on my car), but Keith made it out the day after and gave me quite an education on garage door maintenance!

I called due to wanting repair on the garage door. The chain seemed to not be as tight and I have lived in this house 16 years. So my boss Jose Martin of Spring Hill had recommended your company. The technician sent out was very nice and explained the options that I had. He never pressured me one way or the other. I decided to have a new opener installed and was amazed how professional this was done. I would rate your company and service as a 5 and would also tell others.
