The representative that came to my home was Carlos Morales. Carlos is "the most knowledgeable" person I have ever met when it comes to Garage Door openers. He was absolutely fabulous! Made recommendations, with options, to resolve our lingering door opener problems for over 2years. He's as "Good as It Gets". Five Stars on all levels. We made a great decision calling Precision Door.

I got a new motor replaced and he forgot to program my keypad while he was out. Otherwise the motor works great and he did come back out quickly to fix that.
