Had my first encounter with your company this past week when I needed some repair work done on my door, and was very happy with the quality of service I received from my service tech, Keith Allen. He was knowledgeable, friendly, clean-cut, professional, and courteous - everything you could ask for when a stranger comes into your home. I contacted your company because your ad said that you made evening and weekend calls, so I was a little surprised that I was unable to get someone out the same day (especially since I was a little concerned about my garage door letting loose on my car), but Keith made it out the day after and gave me quite an education on garage door maintenance!

Bob B. was our tech today. He was personable and professional. He got to the root of the problem and did a good job explaining what was wrong. He was patient and answered all my questions which helped me make the decision of how I wanted to proceed. This was an unexpected situation for which I was not prepared. They were able to work out a payment plan for me which really helped me out. Once the work was completed Bob showed us how everything worked. The 7 year warranty was also a big plus. There was a huge difference in how our door functioned once the proper opener was installed. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to my friends and family.

We'd been having a problem with the garage door operation. Bob easily figured out the issue and had the whole thing fixed in about 5 minutes. scheduled appointment was between 3 and 5 pm but did not arrive untill after 6pm because very busy I guess. Other than that service was five star and satisfactory. Technicians seemed knowledgeable and efficient. Improved operation of garage door and did not pressure for more expenditure. Would recommend service to others.
