We were out of state for Thanksgiving and our teenage girls were home. They hand an issue with the garage door stuck in the up position. We called Precision from our cell while driving in TN. Precision was out to our home within a couple of hours, called us with the recommendation and fixed it on the spot without charging an outrageous price. Most importantly, our girls were safe! Their quote was 2nd. however the information provided by Eric was far better then the other 2. The installers were great and completed the complete install including a belt drive opener in just under 2 hours. We would recommend Precision to anyone requiring a new door or repairs.
