1) Unlike most Florida businesses, Precision called twice on the day of my garage door maintenance to inform me of: first when they would arrive (2) to tighten the time bracket to allow me to do errands. 2) The tech was well informed, courteous, and skilled. He examined my 15 year old system, told me what the problem is that prohibits the door from operating well and options with estimates of the repair or replacement. 3) Have no way to currently compare, but I would allow that the prices quoted were reasonable. 4) Tech left the area clean. Programmed all handheld remotes. I would highly recommend Precision to relatives, friends and associates.

Hired Precision to repair a garage door on a home we're under contract for. Apparently the garage door needs to open to meet FHA standards. Our technician (Carlos) replaced the springs, cables and lubricated the tracks. He was relatively fast, courteous and helpful. Did I mention he did all this in a home with no power? Thanks guys!
