I am a General Contractor and always rely on your company for garage door repairs. Again, I had the best service with James Mantch today for a REO property in Wesley Chapel. I truly appreciate the immediate same day service I've received.

Frank Soto was our technician. He was terrific. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered them all. He never pressured us in any way. He did a great job with the repair we needed and when he was done he cleaned up everything. He left us with a whisper quiet door opener and a smile. This was the best organized most courteous repair experience we have had in a long time. Thanks Precision for the quality staff and please pass our Thank You along to Frank.

I called Precision because a neighbor recommended them and the prior company did not do a good job. I can't think of the last time I had such a positive experience with a vendor or service person. To start the individual who took my call was very pleasant. The technician "James" showed up on time and in a clean uniform. He was an employee, NOT a subcontractor. He was intelligent, and able to describe my problem so I understood. He presented three recommendations, and his opinion regarding each. I can't say enough positive things about this company and there representative "James". Oh yes...one more thing......we both own and love rescue dogs......no surprise there....Thank you Precision

Their response to my call for service was very quick turnaround. And they replaced the unit in question that was under a 3 yr warranty without any service call expense...as expected. So I am vey happy.

Frank Soto was "Exceptionally Friendly and Knowledgeable". Price charged was greatly marked - up! Not the tech's fault. Greed can and has come back to hurt businesses in due time. Margin is one thing, but greed and price gouging is another. Had springs, bearings, cables and rollers installed, mark- up was at least 1000 present!

Really appreciate the professionalism he exhibited. I will definitely recommend this company. I did not see the choices below but I had a new motor installed, new wheels, new hardware for garage door connection, and new bearings.

Was pleased with the service and technician. Was not pleased with the price of the bearings. Being I was in the repair business for over 37 years, I thought the bearings were way overpriced. 5 for the service, 2 for the price of the bearings.

We were very pleased with how quickly you were able to schedule our visit to re-program our garage key pad. We had recently purchased the house, and knew that the door was very loud on opening and closing, so it was no surprise when Craig reviewed his inspection report and pointed out the problem with the small wheels. The fact that he was able to replace the wheels and gasket right then, was very helpful to us. Thank you again for taking care of our needs. Patti
