The Technician that came out, Frank Soto was awesome!!!! His customer service was far above and beyond anything I've experienced in a long time! 10 across the boards. Excellent communication - He explained everything very through to me and was concerned more about my safety than trying to do a quick fix. My door was so old. With the lock broken on a fiber glass garage door it only made sense to replace the door, so that's what I'm doing. My dog approved of him as well!

Truly knowledgeable staff, excellent service (Carlos M. was my tech), on-time, etc. For the amount of work that I had done (new motor, remotes, sensors, bearings, wheels, oil/grease, and an extended warranty), I was very pleased with the price.
