I gave Precision a 5 star rating. Live in condo community and my overhead garage door jammed in the up position at 10:00am when I opened it to leave. Precision and another company were recommended by the complex manager and a neighbor told me to call Precision. They had a man here at 5:00pm. He fixed it and was gone in 30 minutes. He knew his business, was courteous, clean and fixed the problem. Also, tightened a few screws that cut the opening and closing noise by at least a third. I haven't had their kind of service in years!

This is the second time I've had Precision to my home and have been completely satisfied... not only with the professional way they explain what your options may be but the personnel that they hire. This time when they came it was Corey and he was very professional and able to completely make me understand my options. I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of their services and I already have in the past.

I needed urgently to get my garage door fixed, and surely enough, it was serviced the same day. Doug Naporano was my technician and if I could rate him over 5 stars, I would gladly do it! He's very knowledgeable in was he needed to do, and did in a clean and timely manner. Although I was not expected to paid as much, after everything was done, I realized that it was worth every penny. I will highly recommend Doug to anyone who needs the service. He asked me various times if I had any question or concern and if I was satisfied, what a great guy! By the time he left, I felt we were already family. I commend Precision for having such a fantastic technician. I'm a very happy costumer!
