The springs broke on our garage door and Chris McVeigh was the repair technician that was sent to our house. Chris was amazing - he explained everything clearly and made sure we understood our options. He worked late into the evening to complete the repair and was very thorough and thoughtful in everything he did. He made sure we understood every step of the repair, cleaned up the garage before leaving, and programmed my car before he left. He definitely went above and beyond what was necessary for the service call. We had a great experience with Chris as our technician!

I recently had Jesus Dimasse from Precision Garage Door Service come out to evaluate my garage-door system. He was prompt, professional, and took the time to walk me through all of my repair and replacement options — no pressure, just clear, honest advice. I appreciated how thorough he was in explaining what was necessary vs what was optional. He made me feel confident I was getting the right recommendation. Highly recommend Jesus and Precision for anyone needing garage-door work done.

Chris showed up in the time window and was very professional. He went over the options in a clear and concise manner. I chose to get the new garage door opener with a battery back-up. He had the needed supplies and went to work. He programmed everything, went over the needed instructions, and cleaned up after himself. I give Chris and Precision a 10+. I used them before and that's why I used them again. Have not been disappointed.
