We became a customer of Precision Garage Door after Hurricane Helene destroyed the existing garage. One year later I received an email reminding me that it might be time to check on the garage door. I reached and scheduled an appointment and the technician arrived a couple days later, well within the 12-4pm window. Aaron, our tech, was personable and professional. He quickly surveyed the garage door, which has been working perfectly and noted that a simple re-lubing of the key parts was in order and he performed the service in 30 minutes. We discussed how to keep the garage door performing perfectly and I’ll be sure to follow his guidance. He mentioned that the garage was within the warranty so there would be no charge today. We all need a little good news and it was a pleasure to work with Aaron and Precision Garage Door. Six stars!!!!!!

Chris did an outstanding job with my garage door repair! He was extremely professional from start to finish. He carefully went through every part of the system, explained which components needed repair and why, and made sure I understood everything before beginning the work. He replaced both springs, two end bearings, a flanged ball bearing, and the torsion cable—all done efficiently and with great attention to detail. When he finished, Chris thoroughly reviewed all the parts he replaced and shared useful tips on how to maintain the garage door to keep it running smoothly. I really appreciate his professionalism, clear communication, and quality workmanship. Highly recommend Chris to anyone needing garage door service!

I had a great experience with Precision today. After my garage spit out a spring and my whole door collapsed I instantly knew it wasn't a day for trial and error. Made the call around noon and they still got a tech out same day. They send a picture so you know who's coming, Jackson showed up with everything onboard to diagnose and repair the problem. My door was better than before and operational in less than an hour. Although I didn't have the resources to get a whole door upgrade I eventually want, this experience made me confident I found the right spot for it. For now I am stoked to be parking in the garage again with my babies tucked in where they belong. Thank you for responding with speed and expert service 10/10

The Precision Door technician, Mike Beckum did a great job installing an exterior keypad for my garage door. He also replaced the garage door controller in the inside. Joshua came out to repair our broken door spring; he showed me several problems that deserved attention. We gave him the O.K., and he jumped right in with the repairs. Overall experience was excellent! My technician was Zach, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a personality that was warm and friendly.
