I called at 1:30PM and was told the tech (Braxton) would arrive between 2 and 6. He was here in 30 min. Explained my options and I decided on a new motor as ours was 20 yrs old. In about 2 hrs we had a key pad, 2 remotes and a new motor and rail. Absolutely great technician that explained everything, cleaned up his parts and we are super happy. Great Job Braxton, company is lucky to have you as an employee

We purchased our garage door 10 years ago. We recently called because the garage door was not closing. The onsite tech mentioned the age of the garage door opener, the raggedness of the belt, the squeaking rollers. This all came with a high pressure sales call from the manager. The pitch was new $3600 system. Never tried to help us fix it. I kept reading online and finally solved the problem with some WD40 on the rollers.
