Jesus DiMasse came early to the appointment and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He gave me several options and estimates to repair knowing that we had a budget. He explained the warranty coverage and was very detailed in showing the issues and how to fix it. He was polite and courteous knowing he has to come through the house to get to the garage. Considering we needed an immediate repair, Jesus was transparent and helpful and fixed our garage within the time frame he gave us.
