I had a great experience with Precision today. After my garage spit out a spring and my whole door collapsed I instantly knew it wasn't a day for trial and error. Made the call around noon and they still got a tech out same day. They send a picture so you know who's coming, Jackson showed up with everything onboard to diagnose and repair the problem. My door was better than before and operational in less than an hour. Although I didn't have the resources to get a whole door upgrade I eventually want, this experience made me confident I found the right spot for it. For now I am stoked to be parking in the garage again with my babies tucked in where they belong. Thank you for responding with speed and expert service 10/10

The Precision Door technician, Mike Beckum did a great job installing an exterior keypad for my garage door. He also replaced the garage door controller in the inside. Joshua came out to repair our broken door spring; he showed me several problems that deserved attention. We gave him the O.K., and he jumped right in with the repairs. Overall experience was excellent! My technician was Zach, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a personality that was warm and friendly. I selected Precision to replace the garage motor and mechanism following the flood from the hurricane. They did a great job then and when my door would not open now, I called again and the spring needed to be replaced which was the original installation of the door. Adam did a great job and remembered being here before. He was very efficient and informative. Although the pricing is high, I feel it is a quality job and reliable!

I've used Precision several times in the past from replacing everything to just reprogramming remotes. They are fantastic and I will always use them before anyone else. My latest project was replacing a single car garage door that was installed in the 80's. It was wood and had no motor or tracks on the ceiling for the door to actually open. Vlad was my tech. He was very accomodating, professional, and did a fantastic job.
