We purchased our garage door 10 years ago. We recently called because the garage door was not closing. The onsite tech mentioned the age of the garage door opener, the raggedness of the belt, the squeaking rollers. This all came with a high pressure sales call from the manager. The pitch was new $3600 system. Never tried to help us fix it. I kept reading online and finally solved the problem with some WD40 on the rollers.

Precision came just a few hours after I called and resolved my issue ( replaced an 18 year old garage door motor ) with a top of the line model. Lucas ( my tech) worked for several hours (at night, in the heat ) and was very professional and empathetic. Even though, it was an unexpected expense - I felt confident he gave me good info and options. He also let me know I could pay in 3 installments (with no finance charge )which was helpful.

On 7/25/2025, I had two Liftmaster 98022 wall mount garage door openers installed, I also had both garage doors rebuilt. On 9/21/2025 one of the doors malfunctioned . On 9/22/2025 Luke Rose came to repair it. He spent several hours, and went over the intire door, found a problem from the original install 15 years ago. Now the door works very well and very quiet. All at no charge. This man is a credit to the company. THANK YOU LUKE!!
