Needed to repair the outside keypad because the 9 volt battery contact fell apart. A new keypad was installed. V E R Y V E R Y E X P E N S I V E ! The installer was very nice and helpful and asked twice if there was anything else he could do.

First, why did I call Precision? When I saw that my garage door spring was broken all I could think about was that commercial you run with the sound of the spring breaking. Yep, that's me now. I called on a Sunday morning with the intentions of getting a Monday repair but to my surprise, Precision had a tech working Sunday and he could be at my house that afternoon. So far so good. He arrives, and before he tries to sell anything we have a nice chat about my system, how it works and what problems to look for. After showing me assorted issues with my garage door he replaced both springs, end rod bearings and the steel cables on both ends. Was it cheap? Nope, but I would rather pay the going rate for good service one time than pay less and have to have the problem come back. In the end the system was repaired by someone who knew what he was doing and I have had no problems with the door since that day.

I can’t say enough about the service I received from Precision! Adam was professional and so nice in our time of need! My problem became his problem and made sure we were well taken care of. My motor was replaced with a super quiet and efficient new opener. I’m so blessed they were there for us! And on a major holiday no less! Thank you Precision! I will never go anywhere else!

Called for service on my garage door opener and they sent Brian Harmon out. The remotes weren't opening or closing the door. Was set to buy a new opener when Brian realized I had put LED bulbs in. We changed them out and all three remotes are working just fine. This is not the first time I've used Precision and I can tell you any more problems I will use them again. Great techs and reasonable prices. Honesty is number one with this company.

Best service ever , My technician Jesse Burns arrived early and got right to work . Made his assessment and discussed with me his findings and recommendations. I’m very happy with the service I received. I was so glad someone could come out on a Saturday as I couldn’t even manually open my door to get my car out. Jose Rosario was fantastic in all respects. He even went the extra mile, way above the call of duty. When I said I was going to leave my car in the driveway for a while so I could sweep out the whole garage, he saw the electric blower and insisted he blow it out for me. I always loved you guys at Precision. Every time I call you guys, you always come out the same day and give me great service. Tim Vaughn came out this time and for him it was an easy fix. The garage door wouldn’t close anymore and he knew exactly what it was and fix it within a couple of minutes. He also oiled the door and the wheels so it wouldn’t run smoother. you guys know how to treat customers and, I thank you.
