I called Precision because we have used them in the past to repair our garage door and was very satisfied with their service. When I called, I wa given an arrival window and our service rep, Jimmy, was well within the allotted time. My wife worked with him. He was very polite and professional; explaining exactly what the problem was and now it would be repaired. He worked extremely hard to complete the project in a timely fashion. After the completion of the project he patiently went over everything he did providing he with a detailed bill, explained the warranty, and told her how to reach him should something go wrong after he left. He event took time to reprogram my wif'e's car so she could open and close the door from inside her car. Jimmy represented your company well and should be commended.

Recently I called Precision Garage Door Service to have a preventive maintenance service done on my two garage doors with the intent of preventing any unexpected problems. This service was done on September 23, 2019 by Precision's Residential Technician Jose Rosario. I'm taking this opportunity to express my complete satisfaction on garage door service and especially to praise their technician who I found extremely patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Listening to him describing the problem and watching him perform the work was a rare pleasure. It's very obvious he likes his job and likes the company he works for. Today it's not easy to find a company that will do this quality of work work in your home. In my opinion Jose Rosario is definitely an asset to Precision and if I were his supervisor I would definitely want him working for me and representing my company. He's Good. Based on the quality of work performed by Precision today, I would highly recommend your company to any neighbor or person in need of garage door service. Great work and great people doing it.

From start to finish I was very pleased with this company. After talking to 3 other companies in the local area I didn't feel that I was getting the service or quality of product that I was looking for. I spent just 45 minutes with my sales rep Julie And before she could give me all of my prices I already made a decision on what door I wanted. The price was very reasonable quality of the product is at the highest I've seen in the install is absolutely phenomenal. JERRY gave us an early phone call to alert us of the impending arrival of the Precision Garage Door Team, and to have the garage area clear of cars and obstacles. Upon JERRY and SHERMANS arrival, they were very professional and quick. Once the install was complete JERRY put the garage door “ through it’s paces “ and lubricated it thoroughly, and instructed me on bi-monthly lubrication points of the garage door.

He was more interested in convincing me I needed to replace the garage door equipment then going over what he had actually done. The technician that installed my unit was better at actually explaining the finished product. I take care of this house for an absent neighbor. (P.s. I am 90 yrs old) no one else with me to question him which a mistake on my part. Unfort unatel I mentioned the amount involved that I had told the neighbor (out of town) what it would cost but I don't think the tech performed all the services that were given to me on Work order 4693400 on May 3, 2019 by Isak Zenkic,who was more explanatory. I question if indeed the same charge (more or less) invovled all I had done when you installed my garage motor. Remiss on my part but the distraction created by Jason about replacing her garage door rollers etc was disconcertining and you ight say "I did not come too until after I received the quote on what I had paid for) Note 6 items on mine compared to 3 on the report for Judy Wojxik Chittum at 8616 Gold Pine Drive. I would like another tech to come by and explain exactly what was done....and why the high pressure to replace the parts on the garage door which the quote he gave me was very high. He did say when he left that he would give me a separate quote on the garage door replacement parts but he did not leave it in my mailbox as he said he was going to. I kind of lost confidence in the company. We had used your company per past but now am not sure after this encounter. I know when I did not completely understand my insjtallation, the company allowed Isak to come and go over it with me again which I appreciated. I am a widow and perhaps and feeling I might have been taken advantage of.

Mike Fanning was prompt, professional, efficient, & courteous. After diagnosing the problem, he presented us with options from which we could chose. Once selected, he quickly replaced our broken garage door opener with a new (and more improved) opener. He replaced the wall mounted control switch, reprogrammed the car opener, & held a short “class” on safety features & how to make it all work. Well done Mike!
