Dear Jim Rapp, I just want you to know that Joshua Page was the most professional patient person to put up with all my questions on why my garage door wasn't working. He came took his time went through the whole garage door to explain what the problems were and how he could fix them. He is a GEM. The door is perfect. I cant thank Josh enough.

Great job done by James. He gave us 4 options and was very good at explaining what each would entail. We were shocked when he said he could finish the job today. Arnold Simpson did an excellent job on our garage door and he worked very hard to get it going again. Furthermore he advised us on a number of items which the door might need to be corrected in the future as the door was already 11 years old and it probably would need further repairs. We agreed with him and he exchanged the items he suggested. He was friendly and very professional and we were happy that Precision send him to us. We certainly can recommend your company to our friends at Valencia Lakes in Wimauma.

The tech was great and I appreciated his timeliness and knowledge. Our father passed away 3 weeks ago and my siblings and I are trying to handle his personal affairs. I inquired about a military discount on behalf of our father, but was told a discount only applies to motors. We were a little disappointed in that but overall the service was great.

We called in the morning and were operational in just a couple hours! Our technician Tim was very knowledgeable and professional and serviced our garage door. He also brought a new garage opener and programmed that for us. He also explained things we should routinely do to keep door in good condition. Excellent service and excellent technicians! They did a great job and my new door looks great. they were quick, efficient and on time for the estimate and then for the installation. They cleaned up everything, taking the old door and all the old parts with them. I was surprised how quickly they whew able to get the job done. they have everything on the truck for my job and were highly skilled. I would highly recommend them I give them a 5 Star rating.

He listened to my concerns and made good recommendations about what I needed. He did the work and even put new bulbs in my opener (above and beyond) to help a little “old” lady so she didn’t have to climb on a ladder. Technician came within two hours of my call to report a service issue. Very professional. Explained the issue thoroughly what options were and then completed the install of new garage door opener. Reset everything back in order. Programmed the new car remotes and job completed to our total satisfaction!

Over priced. Cost me $720.00 My door got jammed and was out of alignment. Was told I had to replace 4 yr old springs. Long story short 1 1/2 hr of labor and about $50.00 worth of materials that was my cost. A little extreme I think.

We are very happy with the service we received from Christian. He was very thorough checking the entire garage door system to see what was wrong with it. He explained what all the problems were and the different options to either just fix the problem or replace the old and broken parts. He was extremely courteous and got everything done within a few hours. I don't know how one person can do all that work by themselves but he did a wonderful job. He showed us many different things with the new garage door system. Christian is a great technician and if you can request him I would definitely recommend it.
