Another wonderful experience with Precision. Joshua called to tell me that he was on his way and he arrived exactly when he said he would. When he got here he listened to what I think was a problem with my garage door pad and he advised me what could be done. I asked him if he would also just look over all the other components in the garage to see what might need to be repaired anytime in the near future. He gave me an estimate for all the work to be done and told me there was no pressure if I couldn’t do it all at one time. He was very friendly and very professional and I would definitely ask for Joshua as a tech again.

Had a Friday schedule that didn't work, rescheduled for Saturday morning. Logan called said he was on the way. Arrived looked over repair, quoted me a price and completed repairs. Everything seems to be working fine. Logan was a professional, good attitude.

I had a good experience with scheduling and the repair went smoothly, but my issue is focused on exorbitant pricing. I didn't have time to research pricing when the torsion spring broke on our garage door overnight. I depended on the solid reviews posted for Precision for having them coming out to work on the door at a fair price. When the pricing options were presented they seemed really high, and I found out after the work was completed that they are indeed on the extreme high end. I had the two torsion springs replaced, two new end bearing plates, a new flanged ball bearing, and a set of new rollers totaling $1,354. From what I've gathered, parts and labor pricing from this repair is roughly double from other reputable contractors. The repair experience itself was good, but not worth that price.

We had another company install a new garage door keypad, but that broke within a few months. We called Precision this time and they were prompt and took care of the problem. Our mistake for not calling Precision in the first place, because they installed the garage door opening sysem twenty one years ago.

I chose Precision because it was in a magazine sent out to new home buyers. I was the only one in the magazine. The add answered my questions. Then I was able to "chat" on line and get all the information I needed. Yes, you met all of my expectations. The tech - Adam met all my expectations. He was very patient and competent. Explained the bill and resolved the 4 issues I needed help with. He had all the products with him so I didn't have to make a "follow-up" appointment. I will recommend your company in the future.

I had a frayed cable, and one spring didn't look too healthy, and I called Precision last week and the young lady arranged a time for a technician to come to my place yesterday (Monday) to check out what needs to be done. Travis Sanferraro was the Technician that showed up. Travis was very knowledgeable in his experience and took care of replacing two springs and two cables and was very good in checking out the operation of the door closing and opening and made a small adjustment and the door operated like brand new. Travis had a nice personality and we got along just fine. This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Company, and I certainly will call them again.

Cody did an excellent job. He provided the correct information for me to make a decision as to the repairs. I understood my options and I am confident I made the right decision. The final $$ was more than I originally planned but my garage door should give me many years of service. I replaced the bearings, springs and the rollers. The door and hardware were at 17 years of life.

Just purchased home, during inspection the inspector suggested replacing rubber at bottom of door because worn and missing in parts. Precision sticker was on door, so called to set up service. Young man named Cody came to service the door. He did a great job, was very informative and helpful.
