I called Precision because of family reference and TV commercial about having parts usually available on the repair trucks. Was pleasantly surprised when told there would not be an additional charge for Sunday repair. Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Replacement opener was installed in less than two hours. I am a very satisfied customer.

The reason I chose Precision is because I called the them a while back to replace the big spring and replace rollers with new ones. They did such and good job and was quick, I decided to use them again. The gentleman put a Precision sticker on inside of door and got phone number when door would not close last night! When I call for service today ( Sunday ) I ask operator to make sure service man had a new opener. He replace it and works great. K.Morris

We called about broken springs and possibly a new garage door at 10 am and Joshua was able to come before the scheduled appointment and fixed the springs in a heart beat and we got a great price too. When asking him about the door he said it could last a bit longer, no need to exchange it now. We really appreciate his honesty and for giving us a price that we will have to face and can save up for for now.

Not sure it seems $424 for 30 minutes of work and replacing rollers seems a little pricey, have been using precision for 20+ years on my property and others I maintain.

Cristy and Adam were great to deal with. We anticipated having to schedule an appointment and arrange for our sister-in-law to meet with your Tech to conduct a price quote and repairs perhaps 1 or 2 weeks from today. Instead, you were able to provide same day service ! ! ! Adam was polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. He performed an overall inspection, (well beyond the broken spring). He offered 3 different maintenance/repair options which provides the homeowner with workable economic choices, but also recommended, (based upon the age of the existing door), that all rollers and bearings, (as well as the required springs), be replaced, (the mid-range option). We are grateful for quick response and repairs by excellent, well trained employees. Thank you !
