I had used Precision in the past to repair my garage door opener and was very pleased with their service, therefore, I called them again to repair my garage door this time. Their technician, Matt, was very professional and did an excellent job in performing the repairs needed. Matt even programmed my cars so that I could open the garage door in my cars. We called Precision because the hurricane-impact garage door wasn't opening properly with one of the remotes. Noah came out and assessed the situation. He installed a more powerful and quieter garage door opener (3/4 hp versus 1/2 hp). He explained everything to me and the install took about 45 minutes. Noah is a very pleasant young man and knowledgeable about his job. We got two new remotes and everything is working perfectly. Great job all around!

I wish I could give Precision 10 stars instead of 5. We had trouble with our garage door over the weekend and called Precision mid morning on Monday. Precision had not originally installed the door, but had done some work on it for us last year. David C., a technician, came to our house about 3 hours later. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, replaced some parts, and was finished in 45 minutes. Then he explained what he had done and what he had replaced. He also showed me how to lubricate the hinges and springs once a year, and gave me a spray container of liquid grease to do it. There was no cost - he said everything was under warranty. He thanked me for our business, and told me that Precision's policy is to make all customers happy and their garage doors work properly. As a retired business owner myself (in an unrelated industry), I couldn't agree more with that policy - and I saw the policy in action when David did the excellent work for us. I told him I would gladly recommend Precision to friends, neighbors, and family - or anyone.

Jordan was professional, yet warn and pleasant. He did not rush me to select the repair I decided upon. He gave me three repair choices with the price plan, answered my quesfions not pushing one plan over another. Gave me estimated times for completion and met them. Also, three methods of payment. Was not a difficult problem to solve.

My appreciation to Precision for helping me in a situation. The closing on the sale of my house was one day away, and the new keypad on the garage door that was installed the day before would not work.(not installed by Precision). I made a frantic call on a Wednesday evening and Thursday at noon they were here fixing the problem. The walk thru with the buyers went well and the closing took place. THANK YOU. Christian Walker, the service man, was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.

Cable on one side of garage door broke causing door to drop on one side and jam. Service man responded within about an hour on a weekend day. He was friendly and courteous and completed his repairs in about 1-1/2 hours. He replaced the cables and reset the door and it is working well. I am happy with his work and how quickly he responded but I feel that $512.00 was extremely high. I will not use Precision again.
