The person (Michael) who showed up the next day after my garage door opener quit working was very professional and helpful. Since my opener was over 20 years old, parts are hard to get and the rep showed me the options available to me. Michael gave me the options and warranties each had and the cost for each. I chose a 3/4 horsepower opener with a belt drive and I am extremely pleased with it. It is very quiet and has a long warranty. This is important to me since I am a senior citizen who doesn't want to mess with a garage door opener not working every year.

Our business with Precision Garage Door was such a relief compared to many other experiences we have had with different businesses, before and after we moved to Florida in 2016. It was so easy to make, and verify the appointment we made on their Website. I addition to the fact that we could have got an appointment 24 hours in the future we chose to wait an extra day so could both be home when the technician arrived. As promised James called and let us know he was on the way, and arrived well within the time frame we were promised he would be at our home. After looking at our door, and specifically asking me what my biggest concern(s) were with the function of the door, James gave me multiple choices and prices for the most basic of solving our immediate problem with the door, all the way up to replacing everything we needed to in order to prevent the ten year old parts on the door from failing and causing us an emergency where we would not able to get our cars out of the garage. Once I made my choice of how much we wanted to do, while staying within our budget James was extremely efficient in getting the parts installed and getting our garage door back in business. I have seen and heard the Advertisements on TV,and on Radio and they make it clear they are a name they can trust,and there is absolutely no doubt in my mind after today that they are trustworthy and provide a high quality service at an extremely fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs basic maintenance to their garage doors, or if they need major repairs after some type of break down. I would be remiss if I did not make it clear that the Technician who fixed our problem and did some requested additional maintenance on our garage door was absolutely amazing and obviously very skilled and well trained in his field. Thank you Precision Garage Door and James Long for the best experience I have had in a long while, during a time we were in a crisis with our garage door.

Excellent service, great install crew and a timely install. The hardware and door panels are excellent quality. I would highly recommend them to family, friends and neighbors. We had a 42 year old door removed, all new hardware installed, new door and opener. The Inspector signed off the next morning and we're ready to get our hurricane protection insurance discount!

This was our second experience with Precision Garage Door. Techs are knowledgeable of their trade and their responsibility to perform the service needed. The technician( Joshua Figueroa) was timely and courteous throughout the process. We had used another company previously and there is no comparison. I will always call Precision first and refer them to all our neighbors for garage door issues.

Calld Precision at 8:00 AM and a technician (Joshua Battle) arrived at our house around noon. Joshua rapidly diagnosed the proplem with a sticking garage door and recommended replacing the springs and pulley system. We approved thiswork and Joshua completed the job within a couple of hours. He then explained to me what he did and and suggested how to keep the door in good working order.

I had both springs replaced on my overhead door today. The technician (Zachery) arrived within the allotted window and replaced both springs. Zachery was kind and professional and a pleasure to have a conversation with. I don't know if they are the cheapest, but they sure know how to hire top notch employees.

My former employer [UPS] used your company's service on a regular basis and I was always impressed with the quality of your work. I have recently retired and have recommended your company to some family and friends and neighbors. My recent service call was on Wed. March 16 2022. I needed a new opener, springs, rollers, and a couple of support brackets. The tech who came out was Luke Rose. Luke was very informative and professional and had everything needed right on the truck and all work was performed the same day in just a few hours. Luke did a complete and thorough diagnostic on my system and made recommendations along the way. I must say I was thrilled when Robert showed up the technician from Precision because I initially had them install a new garage door motor working the past 2 years it was a LiftMaster - and Precision also replaced my spring and they had to replace a garage door opener switch for the now third time! Although it was past the warranty period - they realized that it was a faulty part I give Precision a big kudos for doing the right thing- Robert replaced it at no charge. Excellent customer service!!!! Now that’s what I’m talking about!

Had seen Precision service trucks many times at our condominium complex so I assumed it was the company of choice for many off my neighbors.
