I am very satisfied with the work that was done. The gentleman who did the work was Arnold Simpson. He explained everything and even showed me how to spry oil on parts 4 or 5 times a years. Something I had never done . Now I can get my car out of the garage!

Impressive. Our two chain drive door openers were 15 years old and replacement parts unavailable. Noisy, sometimes sticking and slipping. Studied replacement options for months and finally called Precision. Tomislav (Tomi) arrived that afternoon, assessed the situation, discussed level or service/replacement options and together we made the decision to replace both units and the aging door springs. Can't say enough about Tomislav. Professional, articulate, and knowledgeable. He replaced both units, all door springs, worked until 8PM, cleaned up everything and provided a 7-year warranty for the units and his work. Units now operate better, and quieter, than when new. Well Done.

Technician came to repair our garage door opener the same day we called. He needed to replace the opener and worked to come up with a solution to a storage shelf above the cars that gave limited access. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had a good sense of humor.
