Our experience was with the technician Keith. He represents what I expected from Precision. He was both professional and cordial. One of the springs had broken and trapped the car inside. Keith explained what he was going to do and provided the current pricing for this work. He then performed the work and was completed in a timely manner. I was blown away by how well this went. I called and a tech was at my house in under an hour. He saw the problem and told me exactly what he could do to resolve the issue and gave me a quote of exactly what the price would be. Tech was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me great information. After I gave him the go-ahead he completed the work in approximately an hour and left my garage area cleaner than when he arrived. I am beyond thrilled. We all know we have seen the commercials --- it is so rare for them to be completely true .... but they are with Precision. Wow and wow!! I am a very satisfied customer!!! My garage door was not closing. It turns out that the safety eye device at the bottom of the door had been bumped and was out of alignment. The technician advised me to watch it in the future as even a small movement could causeca problem. He then checked out the door electronics. I was not charged a fee for the service and this was a Sunday afternoon.

The turn-around time from my initial call to installation was shocking and outstanding. I was a bit concerned about paying too much and wanted to get several quotes. When the tech arrived he was personable, extremely knowledgeable and did not try to sell me more than I needed. I trusted him, felt that he was being 100% truthful and the company warranty gave me all the confidence I needed to hire Precision on the spot without additional quotes from other companies. Melanie guided us through the design process and we ordered the door , when we had to go back north early Precision said no problem, they would store it until we returned to Dunedin. when I called and said we would be flying in for just a week they arranged to install the door on schedule. the installers were great. Amazing experience I highly recommend this company. Robert was my technician. Not only did he fix the issue I had but was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. As a matter of fact I was the one that inquired on a replacement option just because my motor for the garage sounds a bit rough. Robert explained to me clearly the reason for the rough noise and gave me options based on what I was looking for. Long story short as soon as the holidays are gone I’m going with one of the options the he recommended. Garage spring broke on Thanksgiving Day. I call for service on Friday morning, they said they wood have someone out between 1200 - 4:00. They call back and said they could have someone out earlier. They were here about 11:00 am. Chris was our tech, very professional, did a great job. Thanks Precision Garage Door.
