We had previous great quality service when we had a new garage door installed a couple of years ago. Our door opener needed replacing several years later so we called Precision and received exemplary service and install. If you want quality, good service and excellent staff who are confident and just really nice , call Precision.

A good company to deal with but $330 to do this job is overpriced.

I called Precision because of family reference and TV commercial about having parts usually available on the repair trucks. Was pleasantly surprised when told there would not be an additional charge for Sunday repair. Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Replacement opener was installed in less than two hours. I am a very satisfied customer.

The technician arrived on time and explained everything that was necessary for my job before doing any work. He also explained the different spring system options and opener motor options available. The work transformed my old, rusty, out of balance garage door into a perfectly smooth automatic door. Thank you for a fantastic job.

The reason I chose Precision is because I called the them a while back to replace the big spring and replace rollers with new ones. They did such and good job and was quick, I decided to use them again. The gentleman put a Precision sticker on inside of door and got phone number when door would not close last night! When I call for service today ( Sunday ) I ask operator to make sure service man had a new opener. He replace it and works great. K.Morris

We called about broken springs and possibly a new garage door at 10 am and Joshua was able to come before the scheduled appointment and fixed the springs in a heart beat and we got a great price too. When asking him about the door he said it could last a bit longer, no need to exchange it now. We really appreciate his honesty and for giving us a price that we will have to face and can save up for for now.

Not sure it seems $424 for 30 minutes of work and replacing rollers seems a little pricey, have been using precision for 20+ years on my property and others I maintain.

Very personable, very knowledgeable,, very thorough, very fair,, and very trustworthy. Highly recommended. We called b/c opener wasn't opening the door. When James tried it ans it opened! Upon inspection he pointed out some deficiencies with our 30 year old door and 15 yo opener. We decided to replace everything. It was completely our decision. He didn't pressure us at all. Very satisfied.

We’ve used Precision before, and were very happy with the service. We’re “two for two”…today’s service was also a very good experience. Noah Geer was our tech, and he was very personable and professional, and completed our repair in a decent amount of time, and the door’s working much better now. Thanks again, Precision!

John and Chris were totally awesome ! Complete professionals, hard working and they explained everything up front and answered all my questions. They moved numerous items in the garage to be able to work and THEN PUT EVERYTHING BACK exactly were it was! Honestly, you are not the cheapest out there, but the few extra dollars are totally worth it to have piece of mind. Thanks

Cristy and Adam were great to deal with. We anticipated having to schedule an appointment and arrange for our sister-in-law to meet with your Tech to conduct a price quote and repairs perhaps 1 or 2 weeks from today. Instead, you were able to provide same day service ! ! ! Adam was polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. He performed an overall inspection, (well beyond the broken spring). He offered 3 different maintenance/repair options which provides the homeowner with workable economic choices, but also recommended, (based upon the age of the existing door), that all rollers and bearings, (as well as the required springs), be replaced, (the mid-range option). We are grateful for quick response and repairs by excellent, well trained employees. Thank you !

I am totally impressed with the quality of the service. We called on our way from out of town to have our garage door fixed. They showed up on time, gave us an estimate, and fixed the door to perfection. Kudos to the person who performed the maintenance. I am totally impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.

Chris, the technician from Precision Overhear Garage Door Service was wonderful. He was on time, polite and explained the many options to choose. He was friendly and respectful as well. When Chris was 30 minutes from finishing, he telephoned me to return to the house and look at the new garage door equipment. Chris explained each item he installed and how is works. I could not have been happier with this service. Thank you, Mike Gratz
