Technician was outstanding. He quickly analyzed several problems and gave us multiple options for a fix (what absolutely had to be addressed, what should be addressed but could wait, and what could be done to extend the life of the parts). He worked quickly and was very courteous and respectful.

The only critic I have is for those of us that are protective and serious about being vaccinated, the people we are around, and the situations we put ourselves in...it would be nice if your installers/employees would always make sure they're vigilant about maintaining 6 feet -12 feet of contact from the home owners or best case scenario announce wether they are fully vaccinated.

Service was good however severely overpriced parts I needed were Linear sensor eyes and charged $245 These were available on the internet for $20 and something I could have installed in 15 minutes

Very friendly receptionist took my call this morning, helpful and courteous. I was frustrated with my broken Torsion Spring and she kept me calm. Residential Technician Chris Pinnegar called me a few hours later, 15 minutes out, then showed up on time. Very clean cut and professional. Looked over my situation, explained the process, gave me an estimate and got to work. My particular springs ran about $200 a piece and that included installation. Although I could have ordered online for less, avoiding possible injury and me spending 2+ hours installing and dangerous loaded spring, I am glad I had Precision Garage Door Tech Chris complete the repair. I would highly recommend and I would use them again if the needed. Thank you Chris and thank you PGD.

The young technician, Austin, was very polite and professional. He arrived within 90 minutes from my initial call to Precision and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. He finished within 45 minutes and explained what he did. Before he left, he fully tested the garage door to make sure everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend Austin as he is a valuable asset to the company.

Work up on Monday morning to an inoperable garage door. :( what a way to start the week. Called Precision and explained the issue, Ashley was very accommodating and scheduled service that day. Brian called just as he was in the neighborhood and said he'd be there in 5-10 minutes. Right on time.. He checked the issue and explained the options to repair and get us going.. Replaced the springs, chain link drive with a screw drive (who knew it was way quieter) replaced the motor (from 1998), installed new remotes and got everything in working order within 3 hours. Easy options to finance on the website. Walked me through the operations and upgrades :).. very very pleased! Thanks again

Garage door cables snapped so our full size car was parked in a single car garage...not good. Called Precision as they were recommended to me from someone who had them for their garage door replacement and were extremely satisfied. Joshua Figueroa came to our aid by replacing all the old cables and springs with the new Torsion cable system...wow! what a difference as it is so quiet now. Joshua is the best! He does quality work as if it was his own. He was pleasant and polite. My recommendation is to request Joshua if you live in Pinellas County.
