I called the company that installed our garage doors when the spring on one of the doors broke this morning. They told me it would be 4 days before they could repair it. I called Precision and explained the situation and the urgency to get it repaired. Austin arrived within 2 hours of my call as promised. He was polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. Austin evaluated the situation and went over with me what needed to be done to complete the repair. Once completed he showed me what he did and why and encouraged me to call if I needed further assistance. It was a pleasure to deal with a company whose staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to go that extra mile. Precision is now the company I will call for any garage door repairs, and I will be requesting Austin. So grateful for Austin’s quick response and the great job he did.

Dear Sir; you folks replaced my garage door springs on Friday. The price quoted to me was $612. I am 80 years old and did check prices with any other company. After talking with my neighbor this person told me he had the same thing last week and the charge was $295. After hearing this information I checked with three local companies and they quoted me prices of $295 and $345. I did not check prices since you folks have excellent reputation. Austin was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, personable and exhibited a sense of urgency. On a scale from 1-10, he gets an 11. The newly installed garage door opener exceeded expectations. Other service oriented companies (hvac, plumbing, electrical, etc) could take a lesson from Austin/Precision Overhead. This is my second time using Precision Overhead Door Service, bc I had a bad spring a few years ago. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

A tech by the name of Austin arrived when scheduled, was very friendly, polite and immediately got to work, clarifying my concerns and problems with my LIftmaster door opener. After checking some things and running some tests he determined that the problem was in the logic board. He gave me an estimate for replacement of the logic board and replacement of the entire Liftmaster unit as this opener is approximately 10 years old. All repair work was completed quickly and Austin made sure that both hand held remotes as well as the homelink in my Jeep were functioning properly.

Previously John Pappas serviced the garage door when it would only go down half way. He fixed this probably 1 1/2 yr ago. I saved his card, and he left a spray can to lube the rails periodically. When my door wouldn't budge this morning, I sprayed & sprayed to try & get it to move. It wouldn't! I knew your people would help, so I called for service again.
