Precision installed a hurricane rated garage door. We were generally pleased with the company and the product. However, there were two installation issues. The bottom wall brackets supporting the tracks were mounted in the wrong location. More importantly, the tech neglected to check the auto-reversing safety features. These items led to the failure of the city inspection. Precision returned and corrected the problems and a second inspection passed.

I am a 30+yrs homeowner and had the unfortunate experience of my garage door spring breaking. I called Precision, as a previous customer, and spoke to Courtney who scheduled a same day service. My repair technician, Baylor B., was very professional and proficient. The repair was completed within 2hrs of the assessment and agreeing to a quoted cost which, to our satisfaction, fit our budget and was offered at a competitor’s price quote.

For Jeremy & the work he did, 5 star. He's a good mechanic, friendly etc. You get 4 because your expensive. $400 for new wheels on a golf cart door? I had to cut off before several other things would go over $3k.

Robert was our technician. He was extremely professional and personable. He also answered a few questions that I had concerning the garage door operation itself. Overall, I found the price of the new springs a little steep. I did comparison shop prior to selecting Precision. There were cheaper prices out there, but I think utilizing what I deem as a professional organization was worth the price. Your CSR's Morgan and Mary were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.

Had the springs and rollers replaced. Keith Allen was the technician and did an outstanding job. I do appreciate the military discount! My concern is the shop supplies fee of 7% and is this normal in industry? Seems kind of steep to me. Also what is a fleet transportation fee and is this also normal?

Had a Friday schedule that didn't work, rescheduled for Saturday morning. Logan called said he was on the way. Arrived looked over repair, quoted me a price and completed repairs. Everything seems to be working fine. Logan was a professional, good attitude.

Everything was fine until it came time to download the app. Unable to get it done on my android phone and my wife's I-phone. We were assured we would be up and running, and we are, except for the app.

The repairman arrived on time. He was very professional, and new how to diagnose and repair my problem. I was not prepared for the cost,it was expensive. Jimmy did work with me a bit. I in return I got a, new opener, springs,remotes and outdoor entry panel.and I must say the door is smooth and quiet.Like new. Also a 2 year warranty. Happy customer.????

Nice friendly people to work with. The technician very professional, courteous and arrived quickly. I would have given 5 stars but was hit with a $21.00 shop supply fee and just had one torsion spring replaced on a 9' x 7' door. Just don't know how to justify the shop supply 7% fee when replacing one part. Anyway, I would use them again even with the flatulence fee.

A very satisfying experience, from your sales/designer to your installers. Very professional and helpful. Melanie guided us through the design process and we ordered the door , when we had to go back north early Precision said no problem, they would store it until we returned to Dunedin. when I called and said we would be flying in for just a week they arranged to install the door on schedule. the installers were great. Very happy and would choose Precision again.

The only critic I have is for those of us that are protective and serious about being vaccinated, the people we are around, and the situations we put ourselves in...it would be nice if your installers/employees would always make sure they're vigilant about maintaining 6 feet -12 feet of contact from the home owners or best case scenario announce wether they are fully vaccinated.

Garage openers were installed and we are very happy with the service. The only thing that was bothersome was the time frame for someone to arrive. A 4 hour window span was rather long to wait when we had other things to do.

We paid a handsome price for the doors and openers, but we did buy their top of their line items. You know, you get what you pay for. The quality of service, craftsmanship and product was impeccable, second to none. The sales person, staff and crew were very professional and easy to contact. Today after one month one of my door openers would not function properly. I called them back and someone came right out. The resolution was short and simple (and cost me nothing). I will recommend this company for whatever your garage door needs seem to be.

Great job! Tech showed up on time and work was done quickly. All service/parts explained clearly before work done. Didn’t try to oversell. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 was phone associate pricing miscue. When asked directly, quoted $65-125+ per spring, and affirmed that labor was included in that price. Labor was actually $280 more. I’m ok with the price, just would have appreciated a clearer ballpark before tech arrived.

Precision Door Service, Great service yesterday! Service attendant (Matt) did a good job explaining and repairing our door. The only point of concern was the cost of the repair - a bit pricey. I paid $640 for a new door spring assembly and $798 for new Belt Drive Opener + tax. Also, I did not receive a full military discount of 10%. Final price ($1467) paid, was granted only 4.5% off. Thanks.

Same day service by a very polite and efficient young man, Robert Trotter. The cost of the springs themselves instilled sticker shock but we were most satisfied with the quick installation. Robert himself gets five stars.
