Garage door cables snapped so our full size car was parked in a single car garage...not good. Called Precision as they were recommended to me from someone who had them for their garage door replacement and were extremely satisfied. Joshua Figueroa came to our aid by replacing all the old cables and springs with the new Torsion cable system...wow! what a difference as it is so quiet now. Joshua is the best! He does quality work as if it was his own. He was pleasant and polite. My recommendation is to request Joshua if you live in Pinellas County.

My garage door would not open with power or manually...it appeared the main spring had broken. When I explained during the phone call I could not open the door the rep on the phone stated they could have someone at my home today...the repair was completed in 1 hour by Josh who did a great job. The quality of service, craftsmanship and product was impeccable, second to none. The sales person, staff and crew were very professional and easy to contact. Today after one month one of my door openers would not function properly. I called them back and someone came right out. The resolution was short and simple (and cost me nothing). What a great company, our technician Jesse was not only on time with a great attitude but he was also completely knowledgeable and prepared for whatever was needed. New garage door opener with rubber belt was installed with new sensors, everything was new. Two new springs were installed. Now the door is opening and closing smoothly. The technician very competent, hardworking and friendly.

I am very pleased with my new garage door from Precision. I purchased a complete replacement, doors, springs, motor, the works. The installation went smoothly, the technicians were top notch, quick, friendly, professional and the door itself is terrific. As can happen from time to time, we had a problem with my custom garage order as the door was shipped from the manufacturer missing a panel but the staff at Precision worked with me during the whole process, rescheduling the installation and addressing all my concerns in a straight forward and professional manner. young man did a great job..... knowing the price of everything has gone up and have been in the AC service business, i am aware of the need to mark up parts, i was surprised by the cost of bearings.... that said, i understand that the mark up pays a lot of your overhead. i do not question your billing and appreciate the ability to help me out today.

Our installation technician was Jesus Echevarria who was polite, efficient & through. He removed the old door and hardware, cleaned everything up and did a great job installing the new door and hardware giving me a rundown on it's function and lubrication requirements. The cost and quality was very good and being a cheep old DYI guy I'm quite satisfied with Precision and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Austin did a wonderful job + would highly recommend his work. Thought the price for less than 2 Hrs labor with only a 2x6 purchased was quite high ( $550) but did same day service.
