The whole experience was pretty easy from start to finish. Basically I couldn't get my car out of the garage because the spring had broken ( solid garage door considering it had been installed in 2000). I called to set up an appointment for the next day (borrowed a friend's car for 24 hrs!) and the tech showed up as scheduled and called first as promised. The technician-Chris E-explained what the issues were, what was more pressing to repair and made a few suggestions for further consideration. I asked my friend to come over ( for moral support! ) and Chris patiently went over everything again. I decided to go with Chris' full plan because in the end, I felt it was better to keep the door in good working condition for as long as possible. Even though, I hate spending money...I felt like this company was trustworthy and I got a 7 year warranty. They also had different payment options to choose from which made life easy.

Had garage door problems so I called Precision because of TV ads & my next door neighbor used them & was very happy. They came out the next day on time with 2 persons. Showed them the problem. Gave them a few minutes to look over my problem, came back with a price. I took the price, they started ,fixed the door. Asked me several times if I had questions. I have relied upon Precision for my garage door service since I moved to Florida 10 years ago and the door needed parts and a tune up. I eventually purchased a new door from Precision, And today I called Precision to replace the rubber weather strip at the bottom of that door. A critter of some kind (a rat?) apparently got inside my garage and wanted to get out. The rat chewed its way out, destroying about a foot long portion of the rubber strip. I called Precision at about 2 pm and the technician arrived within a couple of hours, replaced the rubber strip, and at my request, kindly showed me how to grease the garage hinges. 5 stars!!!

Our garage door was installed by Precision back in 2011. As with most products it was beginning to require repair. Your technician Matthew Salas came out within a few hours of our request for service. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what we needed and the price, and didn't pressure us in any way. Then he did the repairs quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with him, and can only say that you are lucky to have him as such a great employee!

Garage door installed, works great. Came right out, I thought my old opener could be fixed, but was suggested that it be replaced with a new one. At first I was like, sure, of course you are going to say that. But after more information and reviewing the product, it was the right thing to do. Also was able to replace the keypad, which never worked before, and is very useful, a few days later we locked ourselves out of house and that was the way we were able to get in!! Would highly recommend!

The two gentlemen who came to service our garage door opener, Aidan and Brandon, were extremely polite, friendly and professional.
