Jim..Over this past weekend my garage door was not operating. I call Precision and the representative who answered my call was courteous, cordial and thorough. She told me that Nick was scheduled to arrive between 12:00 and 4:00. Additionally, she said that it may be possible that Nick may get there earlier and would that be OK. Well Nick Rossi arrived before noon and did a complete diagnostic check of the issue with the door. He explained all of the issues and options with me as well as the costs involved. He was very friendly, gracious and extremely knowledgeable and the consummate professional. Both of these employees are enormous assets and representatives to your company!!

Stefan Harris, our repair technician, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and expeditiously resolved both our perceived as well as an additional garage door issue. The second issue would have resulted in the door completely failing. My wife and I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage door. We will use them to replace the existing door when the current door becomes unserviceable.

I had used Precision in the past around 2017 for a broken spring on the garage door. It was fixed without issues and the tech was good. So when I was having issues with the garage door motor bringing the door up, tech found the issue and fixed it. Good service, friendly

It started with a simple phone call concerning what I thought was a problem. The employee I talked to said she understood and contacted a technician who was in my area. He (Josh) was there in a short time. He looked over my garage door and agreed on my assessment. He corrected my problem installing new hardware and springs. All complete in a little over an hour.

Very impressed with your company. I called your office and was told the Technician would be out in a few hours. Luckily he had finished his other job and called me to come earlier. Great communications within your company. Luke was very knowledgeable and started working on our door with broken springs. Called one morning after my opener failed. Office made an appointment for 2-6 PM that day. Tech arrived just before 2 PM. Tech diagnosed the problem, gave a clear explanation of the problem and the repair needed. A new operator was very professionally installed. We wanted to replace our garage door and opener and got quotes from 3 different companies. One quote was inflated with $800 of add-ons and we disregarded them. The other two were comparable, but we liked the responses that we got from Precision. Jim Stark was great to work with, even though we went back and forth a couple of times as we changed our mind on some options. They handled the permits for us, and were here for the install right on time, as promised. Robert and Sherman did a fantastic job on the install, AND had great taste in music. They were both friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and they left my garage spotless when they were done. We couldn’t have asked for a better job. We highly recommend the folks at Precision.
