Precision comes when you call and the tech. arrives the time they say they will arrive. The techs. are professional and explain what they are doing to do before they do it. If you have any questions they answer the question no matter how stupid the question might be. I have been VERY pleased with the installation of my garden door and the fast and efficient follow up.

If I could give this company 1000000000 stars, I would!! They replaced my garage door opener back in 2019 and the level of professionalism was beyond anything I could’ve expected!! So, when I started having issues with the remotes, I called and spoke to a wonderful young lady who was able to get me an appointment on the same day! The technician, Orion, was so kind, caring and helpful!! He was kind enough to check my equipment, and showed me an issue I hadn’t seen! He was able to fix it easily & showed me the fix. His kindness was huge for me as I am battling cancer & he was patient and understanding when I lost my train of thought or asked dumb questions—he truly CARED about my door and safety! He never pressured me to fix it and offered options to keep expenses affordable!! This company is truly Customer oriented & I will never use any other company and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a garage door company who puts customers FIRST!!!

Had a new garage door motor and parts replaced. My old system was 15 years old. The motor wasn't powerful enough for the weight of the door. Carlos was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job paid close attention to details. Would recommend Precision Door Service with Carlos.

All the work was completed promptly and Josh was excellent to deal with. When I called looking for a quote for a new motor and I told the lady what type of motor I currently had she quoted me and installed price. I bought a new home 3.5 years ago and it had precision put in the garage door. Had several issues with it including the cable being thrown off. When hurricane Milton hit lost power so I needed to get to my generator so I used the manual release. went to put it down and the cable came off. called precision and they sent out a tech and was quoted 865 bucks. now mind you I put the cable back. spoke with their district manager John basically told me couldn't do it for free but he would do it for 400. I called another door company their tech came out worked on the cable for 15 minutes lubed the rollers and tried it several times to be sure no issues. 85 bucks. so Carlos you have a very deceiving scam you run on old people trying to get 10x the actual work it needs. shame on you! thank God for this other HONEST small company. you want a review well I'd give ya 0 or less and ill never never let you or your company work on anything ever again. I'll also tell everyone how you tried to pad the bill and even your district manager tried to get me for 400!!!

I am very happy with my decision to go with Precision. I have been managing a big project, having a 2,000+ sq ft steel building installed on my property that serves as a garage, barn, workshop, and gym. I wanted a farm style barn door look but the initial quote was way out of my budget and we didn't have enough room with the height of the garage portion. I was able to get alternate options within my budget. The scheduling time they gave for ordering the door was accurate, and they could install within 2 days of the door arriving. I initially scheduled for the door to be installed on a Friday the following week (electric was still being installed) but due to the incoming CAT 3 hurricane I called Monday and requested an earlier install date. They got me in first thing in the morning on Wednesday and the install was done by lunch. They also didn;t require power to install and test the opener, they brought a generator and did all the programing, all I have to do is plug it in when the power install is complete. Overall I'm so happy with the flexibility, communication, and options they provided to get not my dream garage door, but a great door in my budget.

The tech arrived early which the company called and asked if he could. He explained the problem to me and told me my options. In the end we went with a new opener and springs( the right ones).
