I called Precision Overhead Doors on Oct. 4th. The technician Charles Sherword arrived the next day as per their appointment, Charles inspected the doors and noted the rollers were in poor condition which was the cause of the noise and slow operation. Charles gave me the cost to replace the existing rollers with new nylon rollers. After one hour the door was complete and operating like new. Charles was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door,

This is not the first time we have utilized your services and it certainly will not be the last. Our subdivision had a power outage yesterday that lasted over 4 hours. We manually opened our garage door without power and went to our daughters house for dinner and cool AC comfort. When we returned home the power was back on so I tried the door opener and smoke escaped from the opener. We thought it was trashed since the system was installed in 2006. Called your office this morning and as promised your fine technician Isak Zenkic arrived as promised a few hours later. What a fine gentleman with a terrific attitude. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the good news. He said it was an easy fix and we would not have to replace the entire system. Fantastic service.
