Precision has been our garage door company since we moved here in 2006. They have been timely and very thorough in their work. Today Kevin had to replace our motor. He explained the different options, what might be best for us and did the installation quickly and professionally. He even took time to meet Kaia our Great Dane and get to be her friend. Always nice when the pets love the service folks. I would recommend Precision to one and all. Kevin was the best!

Quick to come out and courteous, had broken spring got fixed right away cable adjusted as well as garage door opener adjustment and 3 years warranty on repairs done and I get to spent my weekend at home not out there chasing parts for FIY , and didn't end up in the hospital.

Not sure it seems $424 for 30 minutes of work and replacing rollers seems a little pricey, have been using precision for 20+ years on my property and others I maintain.

Cristy and Adam were great to deal with. We anticipated having to schedule an appointment and arrange for our sister-in-law to meet with your Tech to conduct a price quote and repairs perhaps 1 or 2 weeks from today. Instead, you were able to provide same day service ! ! ! Adam was polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. He performed an overall inspection, (well beyond the broken spring). He offered 3 different maintenance/repair options which provides the homeowner with workable economic choices, but also recommended, (based upon the age of the existing door), that all rollers and bearings, (as well as the required springs), be replaced, (the mid-range option). We are grateful for quick response and repairs by excellent, well trained employees. Thank you !

Very happy with the service. The service rep was prompt, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. We experienced broken springs a few years back and used another company, we were not at all impressed with the service. Today’s repair turned out to be minor and was fixed quickly.
