Called at 9 am on a Sunday and by 2:30 pm had my garage door repaired and new motor installed. I did feel it was a bit pricy but same day service and work quality was worth the extra price. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend company. Technician Brian was fantastic!

door was not working properly. I called n Saturday Appointment was set up for Sunday between noon Nd ^ Chris was here at noon. All it took was somebody with experience to do a quick adjustment and minor instruction and he was on his way. Could not beat the promptness of the appointment If more companies employees with traet there customers the way I was treated they would not have to worry about going out of business

CARLOS was amazing. Extremely friendly. Before he was about to pull away and leave the job, he noticed something was wrong with my garage door opener while I was inside the house. He took it upon himself to come back, reprogram my garage opener, and make sure everything was ok before leaving. Definitely recommend this company.

We chose Precision because we had used you before to have a new garage door placed on another home a few years ago. Your company is TOP KOTCH! Keith arrived promptly and proceeded to listen to me explaining what the problem was. He then began to address my concerns, even though I asked him to do more by installing a new motor. Keith was very professional and personable and didn't hesitate to complete the job on the spot. I can only say I wish every service company conducted themselves in that manner. The office staff was very helpful and seem to ask all of the right questions. Within one hour the service technician, Brent Howell, called and told me he was on the way. Upon his arrival he analyzed the situation and presented me with two options complete with prices. After I made my choice he completed the job in a very short time. We were very satisfied with the service we received. Our garage door opener needed a new circuit board, but it was 21 years old, so we chose to replace it. The technician was very easy to understand and he was done in less than an hour. He even blew all of the leaves out of our garage as a bonus!
