My garage door would stop half way up and my son-in-law advised me to have a professional come take a look at it. My daughter asked her neighbor who she called last year because her neighbor had such good things to say about the technician and the company. She got the number and set up the appointment with a very nice young lady. The technician, Jose Rosario, arrived right on time and took the time to listen to my daughter explain everything to him about the door. He then took the time to look over the door, get it operational and write out a very informative break-down of my options. He broke it down to just getting the door operational to replacing the door parts (springs, rollers, etc.) all the way to replacing the door parts and the opener. He had all of the prices broken down and did not try to lead me in any direction I did not feel pressured at all to make a decision. I decided to have all of it replaced due to the fact that, at this very moment, my car was in the body shop being repaired and painted because the garage door had come down on it as I was backing out a week prior. Another reason for my decision was the fact that Jose told me that everything is covered - parts and labor - by Precision Door. This is a rarity these days! Jose installed the new opener and all of the door parts and explained everything to me very clearly. I am extremely pleased with my new door opener and will highly recommend Precision Door to everyone!

I actually googled automatic garage door openers installation near my location, I saw several however I just had a gut feeling about precision, I called them up, lickety-split Jeff showed up, extremely professional and courteous. I'm very happy with Jeff's customer care service toward me and my entire family household, additionally Ashley's customer care service was outstanding as well... Ever since the main springs were replaced the door has been "stiff" on its left side, but after I painted the door it got worse. Your man came out awhile back and told me to lube the flaps that seal the door shut and that helped, but not enough apparently. Bryan replaced the broken cable and installed new winding rollers and cables, then lubed all the closure flaps, door joints, and roller wheels. He showed me how to do that. I have begun scraping the dried paint from the flaps on the sides and top of the door and respraying them. I will get most of the paint off the flaps and keep them lubed; I also will pay attention to the roller joints in the doors and wheels as well. If I need additional service, I will request Bryan again, he is a good maintenance instructor. Tell him thanks for me for getting our garage FOC again. Jay

On 1/6/17 Tim came to repair the garage door. He was patient with me, very pleasant and polite, he came with all the tools needed, explained thoroughly what my options were and skillfully performed his work. I was very pleased. Knowledgeable service tech who was upfront about costs and different techniques advantages. Was there for 10 minutes looking at an issue he couldn't ultimately help with, so no charge for the visit/ his time even. Very nice surprise when most companies look to good gouge you.

Matt Cipolla worked hard and did a great job for us. He was also very polite, patient, and helped us think things through. We had a hung door and the initial assessment was that he might need to break the cables and spring to release the door, but after analyzing it further, he bought some extra equipment, followed a hunch and freed our door without cutting out breaking anything
