Appointment was made and on time. Technician was polite. Seemed to have no idea what the problem was initially. Asked lots of questions as to wether I'd spoken to other repair companies. Came back after investigating and said it was a broken spring. I couldn't believe I'd never noticed it split in two before, much less a trained technician! Said it was $540 for springs that work and $240 plus tax for another part I needed. Presented it in a trained sales technique I should never have fallen for. I thought it was high, but didn't know and wanted to get it done so said yes. I looked up what it really should have cost ( $200-$300) I paid $760 after a 'coupon' he applied when I said I was paying way too much. I was totally ripped off by your company!....More fool me, but I will definitely not use you again or recommend you.....unless the extremely expensive springs under a 5 yr warranty break?

service was prompt and technicians were very professional. Have used precision a couple of times previously and would consider using them again... would have to weigh my displeasure with the sneaky billing. I was quoted $360.00, but was charged $405.00. I thought perhaps tax, but on $360 that would only amount to a touch over $25.00 or a bill of roughly 385. Low and behold My invoice included $25.00 for "shop supplies" and get this - an additional $20.00 for FUEL SURCHARGE! Why shop supplies aren't included in the price quoted I am not sure other than to make the price sound better than it is. Absolutely no reason to charge 20 bucks for your gas! Cost of doing business - if you expect your customers to pay for your gas, roll it into the price quoted. And anyhow 20 bucks seems rather high.These type of sneaky pricing games leaves a bad impression likely to cost you business. Whats next, "warehouse fee" or possibly employees healthcare tax? The more I think about it the more I think I'll choose another company next time.

I would give your company and your technician a 5. I had to have a new motor put in. The tech went to purchase a switch for me as the original one was installed properly. Then he spent about an hour installing a new garage door opener. He was very efficient and friendly. I have to say, I had called Banco Doors about a year ago to install a new door opener, and they were not only unfriendly, but they never bothered to come out or call me about installing the door. I am very pleased with your company.

this was a warranty visit: We had a new Opener installed a few months ago. Over the past few weeks we noticed the Opener was getting a little noisy. I called for an inspection and our service tech John, was dispatched and took care of the situation. He inspected the motor and applied lubrication in a few places and now the Opener appears like new again. John had performed the original installation, is very professional and provided the required service to our satisfaction.

Thank you Precision for another great service, This is the second house I have had you replace the garage door drive units in and can't believe how quiet the belt driven units are compared to the worm screws.Your technician, Arnold Simpson, was very efficient and knew all parts of the job,including reprogramming the opener in my car. My brother reccomended this co. When my garage door stopped working. Got a live person on the phone right away(which is always a plus) and got an app't same day between 11-3p.m. Mike called and showed up around 12. I was thrilled. Nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. Very professional,and obviously knew what he was doing! Diagnosed the problem,explained everything,and replaced my opener,springs,and rollers. That was a whole lot of work! The door works great now. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I had opened my garage door to back the car out and then when I tried to close it the light started flashing like an obstruction was interfering with the closing.I checked around but could not find the problem. Some years ago,maybe ten. I had the garage door replaced by Precision and I decided that since I had always been satisfied with their service.I would contact them once again. Anyway,I received quick service and quick installation of a new belt drive garage door opener. Thank You once again for prompt service!

I am very pleased with the service that I received on Monday 11-26-18. Christopher Stephens was awesome and very professional. I only have one question. I have an keyless garage door box outside of the garage that I can enter my code in to open the garage door and by replacing g the motor now I cannot use the auto entry. I looked at the paperwork that Christopher left and I did not see instructions on how to reset the password. Was that supposed to e part of my service yesterday ?
