The work itself was great and I would normally give you a 5 star rating but I didn't feel that Wesley was sympathetic about the fact this cost was surprising and at a very bad time for me and my wife. First my wife was told over the phone that the spring replacement was $120 for both springs but then Wesley said that's just for one. So now we were looking at double that amount but then Wesley put the scare in me that if we don't also replace the cables and drums, the cable could snap and cause injury so now the price went up to $440. Keep in mind, I was at work and talking to Wesley via my wife's cell phone so I couldn't judge the condition of the cables myself and make an informed decision so I told him to go ahead with the full repair. As I was trying to share that this cost was going to put a hardship on me and my wife, he made light of that by saying something like "well I have to work too" I did let Wesley know that was a very insensitive comment.

Craig was the consummate professional. Called ahead so we knew when he would arrive. Troubleshot the problem and recommended replacement. Ours was a very old unit so he performed some much needed work on the door, etc. to make sure we wouldn’t have Followup problems. HIGHLY recommended. We were thoroughly satisfied and would recommend the company to anyone. Craig deserves a raise!

They were very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I called this morning and was able to get an appt timeframe of 12 - 4 and Brian arrived at 12. He evaluated my garage door issue and did not try to oversell me on anything that I didn't absolutely need. My springs that were 12 years old quit working so I had new springs and bearings installed. The door works great and is much quieter now. He showed me how to do maintenance to keep things running smoothly. He also went above and beyond and reattached the bottom seal so that it was secure. I highly recommend!!

The Service Tech was David Crowe. He did a perfect job installing new parts in my garage door. He told me what he was doing, why he was doing it, and the cost of the job. I was extremely pleased with his work. He even took time to connect my car garage door opener for me. He is an outstanding employee.

I have a friend who works for Precision, That's the reason I called. My only issue with my invoice are 2 charges that were not told to me when I was given the actual cost of the replacement. My final bill showed charges of $20 for Fuel/Energy surcharge and $33.53 for Shop supplies. Neither of these charges were mentioned prior to installation. That said, the serviceman, David, was very professional and courteous. And went above and beyond to make sure my wife understood how the new device worked. 5 star rating and will recommend to friends.

We had a problem with our garage door slightly raised on one side, Precision was working on a neighbors garage, we went and asked if they could look at our door, they did not hesitate to look and told us that the cables at the side were fraying, they suggested that we got the work done very soon, they did not push for them to do the work, we asked for an estimate and decided to ask when they could carry out the work, they called the office and were able to do the work after they had finished at the neighbors. WOW what great service, Carlos and his colleague were absolutely amazing, very personable and so knowledgeable. I strongly would recommend Precision to anyone having issue with their garage doors etc. Thank you Precision!!

My garage door broke on a Sunday morning and the company I have used before isn't open on the weekends. I would have had to leave my garage door open all night if not for the quick response by Precision. They were on site by early afternoon and had the door back working better than it had been before nightfall.

All I needed was to have the chain restrung to operate the door. Instead, the tech sought to convince me to replace ervery moving part of the system at a cost of several thousand dolloars. I only agreed to replace the main spring and bearings which, even though he agreed he would show me the worn bgearings, he never did. This suggests they did not need replacing, and I now doubt the spring did, either. After receiving an invoice of nearly $900, I regret having agreed to any service. In hindsight believe I was scammed, and will never patronize your company again. The single star is due to the fact the tech showed up on short notice when the dispatcher said he would.

We had Precision Overhead Garage Door back in 2004 when the springs needed to be replaced. They lasted 14 years before needing to be replaced again. There was no hassle about coming out on a Saturday or Sunday to fix our garage door. Dave replaced the springs, rollers, and gave us some lub for the door, to apply once a year at a fair price. We will use Precision Overhead Door again.

i think precision really wants to have satisfied customers. they turned a less than satisfactory situation to a real win. kudos to Andrew Lachance quality control manager. he came on a saturday after i made a call that day. he addressed my concerns and analyze and fix my problem. he was knowledgeable, professional. did a great job in helping me select the equipment to replace my 18 year old failing equipment and did a professional job installing.

Team was great, mission accomplished! I was able to easily and quickly schedule an appointment and get them out after the limited-feature builder-grade Opener failed (again). They had inventory and installed a new smart Opener very quickly. They fixed all the noise coming from the door and adjusted the tension in the springs. Door is quite and works like a charm!
