The springs broke on our garage door and Chris McVeigh was the repair technician that was sent to our house. Chris was amazing - he explained everything clearly and made sure we understood our options. He worked late into the evening to complete the repair and was very thorough and thoughtful in everything he did. He made sure we understood every step of the repair, cleaned up the garage before leaving, and programmed my car before he left. He definitely went above and beyond what was necessary for the service call. We had a great experience with Chris as our technician!
