I had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door, thanks to their representative Sammy. He installed two garage door openers for me and did an outstanding job from start to finish. Sammy was right on time, extremely clean and organized, and very courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and made sure we were completely comfortable with how everything worked before he left. It’s rare to find someone so professional, helpful, and respectful of your home. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially Sammy for any garage door needs!

My two-car garage door had a spring break late at night, and so, seeing a location for this business on Lakeland Highlands Blvd, in Lakeland, for years, I decided to look them up. I saw multiple locations throughout Polk county, and not being sure which location to call, I went ahead and signed up for service online, which was incredibly easy. I was able to secure an appointment the next afternoon from 12-4pm, completely online. 20 minutes prior to 12, Chris McVeigh contacted me via text, saying he was on his way. He was very polite, and communicative, which is great because some tradesmen see our gated community and give up at the gate. He arrived at 12, at the beginning of the appointment window, and went straight to looking at our door. He recommended some other parts be replaced that were problematic and may have contributed to the spring breaking, showing me photos of some drums and brackets that I could not see, and giving me a prioritized list of the work that he recommended. All of the parts that he used were of superior quality compared to what was on my door at the time. After completing his work, I had him take a look at my other single bay door, and he continued to make some recommendations for that door, even after cleaning up, and did some work on that door. The whole time he was extra courteous, and even went above and beyond to make sure that my garage and driveway was clear of debris. With all parts containing a 7 year warranty, and people like Chris working for Precision, I unabashedly would recommend Precision to anyone needing work on their garage across Tampa Bay/Central Florida.

Very bad experience. After the installation of an expensive garage door, my door stopped working properly only three days later. I was told that my motor (which was almost new) wasn't powerful enough, and they tried to sell me a new motor. Another technician simply made an adjustment, which proves that the problem stemmed from their installation. Lack of professionalism and disappointing business practices.

A professional technician (Isak) arrived exactly as scheduled. He was clean, courteous, and professional. Isak clearly explained what was needed for repairs after he completed troubleshooting. A professional written estimate was presented with a clear and concise description of the work needed for repairs, as well as recommended maintenance work on the door. The repair was completed in a timely fashion, the work area was left clean and Isak reviewed the repair with me and demonstrated operation of the door before leaving the job. I only wish more businesses were run like this one!
