I was quite impressed! After another company blew me off and never showed up, I called Precision. The person I talked to was helpful and able to set me up with an appointment the very next day. My technician was professional, and explained everything to me. I found the price to fix my garage door to be quite reasonable and will be sure to use them again. Matter of fact, I plan on recommending them to my neighbors! Great job!

Dear Jim Rapp, Oh, my heavens, I can't thank The Lord and your company enough for the miraculous gift of a functioning garage door!!! I called up last week, as I was "trapped inside my garage", meaning I couldn't open the antique door, with ONE ARM, as my left arm was in excruciating pain!! I had a Dr.'s appointment the next day to get this shoulder/arm thing further evaluated! I couldn't miss that appointment, so I called your company and Rebecca came out. One thing led to another and as I am "low-income", retired and on disability, I was blessed and gifted a brand new, white, working garage door so I can easily get in and out of the garage!! My family, (who is not yet Christian, ; D ) were shocked. They don't know the teachings of the Bible like we do! ; D ! I think this act of benevolence further inspired my 35-year-old son, who decided to bless me with a DISHWASHER yesterday! It is very hard to wash dishes with one arm!!
