I was not able to raise/lower my garage door this afternoon. I went online to set up an appointment for later today. Chris McVeigh gave me a call and said he be arriving in about 15 minutes. I was impressed with Chris’s ability to analyze the problem and make recommendations to resolve the issue. I liked the fact that Chris offered the recommendations with no high pressure sales tactics. I made the decision to replace my 13 year old motor. Chris was here for a few hours. His attention to detail and workmanship was flawless. He took time to answer my questions. Chris also took the time to ensure everything was in perfect working order before he left. I’ve been a Precision Door customer for years. I remain a customer because of their prompt service and excellent employees such as Chris.

They came out to measure and give me an estimate. It was very important to me that my lifted jeep with 38" tires would fit in the garage, including the opener arm. They took measurements, told me they could do it. The day they installed my garage, he made sure to continually take measurements, it took a little longer than usual - but my jeep fits in my garage with about 1-1/2 inches to spare - time to take the doors off! Chris McVeigh was very good except he double charged me. Took a photo of my check for ACH deposit AND cashed my check. Not very happy as I almost missed this double charge. Bank informed me this was fraud. Using Precision for over 20 yrs and thought I could trust them.
