The springs and opener rail came detached from the garage wall. This required significant repairs. John was very professional and a very good craftsman as this was not an ordinary fix. We are extremely happy with the results and very pleased with the way John handled it.

Lots of cos. offer garage doors/openers so it is hard to choose. I am so glad I used Precision. Luke arrived timely, was very nice. Had worked for them for 10yrs. Took his time. Didn't try to "sell" me. And because he didn't try to sell me, I bought a new opener. (Previous co. looked at age of opener and said they would not work on it, only replace it - I said "no" and they charged me $70 for the fun!) (BTW the phone scheduler was very nice too.) Very happy with service and so far (after 2 hrs!) happy with the new opener and other bits Luke installed on the door.

We have been using Precision Door for years when we have had a problem. They come out in an emergency to fix anything that is wrong. May it be late at night. I have used Precision in the past and am very pleased with their service. They definitely stand by their warranty, as I had a minor problem a couple of years after the motor was replaced and they came right out. Today, the spring and cable were replaced and the service technician, Craig was very thorough and explained all the issues and the recommended services.

I called Precision and had an appointment for the next day. They kept me informed and when they had a cancellation called me to see if they could come earlier. I received a call from the Tech Cody, letting me know he was on his way. Cody was very professional, walked me through each quote and told me about how long it would take. HIs work was clean and well organized. He was a pleasure to work with a true asset to Precision. If I ever need service again, I would hope they would send Cody again. Simply the best tech I have worked with.

Old Precision PDS 4700 Merantec opener suddenly would not close unless the wired wall control was held until the door closed. Serviceman Michael Freeman came and after assessing the problem called the office. They told him to replace the opener with a Genie opener. Michael was very competent and friendly. He replaced the opener and safety sensors and wiring. The new opener works well. The office told Michael to treat this as a warranty repair and did not charge me anything. I could not be happier with this service. Thank you very much.
